This was a fabulous way to celebrate a birthday! Greg, our waiter, was very attentive, without being overbearing, he instinctly knows how ti be the best waiter. The filet and prime rib were both delicious. I got a surprise birthday dessert that was absolutely divine. The ambiance was perfect, warm and quiet. I will return often. Lynn

Came here after work for a quick dinner. Decided to go with the butchers platter. Steaks were seared to perfection, plating, seasoning and sides were on point. Service was amazing.

My family and I celebrated my, and my now wife's, marriage at Chop, and had the best experience and service thanks to Tim and Brandon (manager and server respectively). Both of them went above and beyond what we could have expected without a thing going wrong. Major shoutout to these two, they are INCREDIBLE!
