The food here is so awesome, i visited first time here and i was very content with quality and quantity of food. Our server Rasneet was so attentive and very kind with her words. The food price is actually affordable.
This is place is highly recommended.

Here's the thing, before the new ownership took over a year or two ago this place was great.

I've visited a few times since this location changed hands, and it has been disappointing every time. I wish I hadn't come back after my first visit, but wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt and try again.

I had more than one dish over my couple visits that had not been cooked properly. The kitchen couldn't figure out how to make food that wasn't either undercooked or burnt to a crisp. Also, they were skimping so much on portions. I did not pay an extra $4 to add chicken to my nachos for me to receive like maybe a quarter of the amount of meat that they used to put on the dish. For the extra money I'm paying I do not want to see such a pathetic amount of meat.

The kitchen burnt something a couple times while I was there, and the whole place smelled terrible and got a bit smokey.

I also saw servers being called out for not being able to follow impossible standards. They were all doing a good job. Its disgraceful to expect them to run drinks within a certain timeframe when the people making the drinks are too busy to keep up with the demand.

Hostesses also let people walk outside with full beers.

My last visit was probably a year or so ago, I just never got around to writing this. It was so appalling that I remember it to this day in great detail. Hopefully things have improved since then, but given the state of everything at the time, I am not optimistic. I've heard from friends who have visited more recently that this place is still a crapshoot.

Genuinely such a shame to see how drastically this place declined. I get that you shouldnt expect anything amazing from a chucks, but with the way this place was operating I'd be surprised if they still have any regulars at all.

Pull it together people.

Good ribs, decently priced. Exactly the kind of roadhouse feel that you expect. Nothing pretentious about this place.

The food was decent but a group of people with there kids screaming the entire time was just not acceptable the manager should have told the parents to tell there kids to behave or leave.If this had been my first time it would have been my last. This was Sunday 22 june

The service at this location was once again, one of the best I've had at a chucks. The waitresses name was jade, she was very pleasant and attentive & very quick.. she definitely made it worth coming back to this chucks. Thank you.

Visited Chuck’s Roadhouse in Oakville for the first time, and it was unfortunately a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience. The air conditioning wasn’t working, and when we raised the concern, the staff mentioned it had been turned off overnight and hadn’t come back on. They apologized, but offered no solution whatsoever—no attempt to move us to a cooler area, no fan, nothing. That’s simply not acceptable, especially in warm weather.

While the apology was noted, the lack of initiative or customer care was frustrating. It felt like we were left to just deal with it. The overall service was indifferent, and there was no follow-up or effort to make us feel valued as customers.

Not a great first impression, and I won’t be returning unless major improvements are made in both facility management and customer service

Love the steak and wings rings and fingers was too good.

This chucks is horrible. This restaurant is by far the worst food corporation i have ever stepped foot in, from the start we were all looked at as if we were below them, and had no rights to do anything. We checked in for one of my buddy's birthday dinner and were instantly given bad looks by staff and servers once seated we were accused of running out on a tab but this made no sense because this was all of our first times at this location and even the corporation as a whole. When we asked for proof they failed to give any and just showed a picture of a unpaid bill, we ended up getting kicked out for this and treated horribly by the manager and a server, please if you are in the area and looking for a good place to eat i recommend you DONT stop here, i pray that the people that work at this location can find the kindness in there hearts to treat people like they would want to be treated.

Dropped in for a drink. It took so long to get service I turned grey. The blonde woman behind the bar did nothing; the young Indian girl ran here behind off and the place was not even remotely busy. I have read this comment before, so I was not surprised. The washrooms also need a gas mask! The sad part is I like the place, but the saying is you get what you pay for — affordable food (which is very good btw) and beer, but dreadful service.
