The meal was really bad, and the oil smelled unpleasant. When I asked her to replace it, she said, “By the time you took it home, the heat changed the taste,” even though my house is only 8 minutes away. Her attitude was very rude, and the place is not clean at all.

This location in particular falls lower on the scale for me compared to other locations I’ve been to. The biscuits are always dry and super hard vs it being soft and flavourful. I got jalapeño bombers another time and it was so dried out that there wasn’t any cheese left. I’ve gotten the bottom of the tomato which i feel like it should have been discarded. In the past I’ve also gotten the wrong order, ingredients missing from sandwiches. I keep going because it’s the closest to my place and forget about all of this 😢

Pathetic food I received today (27 July) around 6:30pm, I asked for jalapeño crunch burger and server said yes and it wasn’t tasting like the burger I asked for. Only one jalapeño was there in the burger with Onion.. I never got onion in the previous burgers and those were really awesome.
I asked for 3 spicy wings and I got eww wings .. they weren’t crunchy at all not even warm.. and spice level was zero. Total waste of money for today’s order. Sharing the pic of wings

Ordered from Doordash from this location on June 13, 2025 and I was insulted by the chicken they gave me. I ordered the 3pc Combo, so not cheap and these disgraceful ppl gave me 1 tiny wing, 1 drumstick and 1 other non identified piece that looked like they took the end piece of a thigh and double fried it in batter to make it look like meat but it was all flour and batter and bone. I specifically asked for leg & thigh only and I didnt even get a thigh. Absolutely not acceptable, it was thrown in the garbage. How can you serve your customers this kind of quality and have a good conscience? Extremely disappointed with what you served me and I would never recommend this location to anyone.

I just discovered this place. So much better than KFC or Popeye's. Bigger portions; much better fries. I tried the 2-piece combo which comes with a biscuit, a pleasant surprise! Fast service, maybe because the place wasn't too full when I was there.
