I took the aztec bowl. The ingredients were stale and were stinking. The green sprouts were very old and the whole house started stinking as soon as we opened the bowl. Not sure how the staff did not notice and are selling it. Very disappointed

Have been a longtime fan of Copper Branch but this is the first time I’m trying this location in Oakville. Smaller indoor set-up with less desirable ambience compared to the larger one in Mississauga. Good and quick service. Went during non-peak lunch time.
I always get my to-go order, the shiitake burger, and one new item. The burger was delicious as ever, but the new smoothie (Phoenix) I tried wasn’t particularly good as it was quite watery and mostly tasted of orange juice. But will still continue to try out more of Copper Branch’s menu and various locations!

The food in this restaurant, especially the one named ‘Aztec’, is so bad. I'm not allergic to anything in it, but I threw up on the way home. To this day I still feel sick to my stomach. This experience was awful so I suggest that no one try it again, this food is not safe.

Portions have gotten smaller. When I mentioned it to the male worker with the long beard he said no it hasn't. I've been eating at Copper Branch for years, don't try to lie to me. I know the difference between big and small. Also, staff are very dopey. At least try to speak clearly, crack a smile - something!

I am not vegan, not even vegetarian. But I was curious about the brand and the food so decided to give it a try. I am still surprised how good the food was. And filling, which I was not expecting. I am now looking for other locations closer to me. My only criticism is that I see no nutritional facts on their menu or website. I would like to know actually how much nutrition I am getting and especially if the dishes are loaded with sodium to make then tasty. For this reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5.
First came to the restaurant when they open and everything was very good quality and delicious return back in a few weeks and still enjoyed our meals but last few times we went back to have lunch and food started getting worse and smaller potion.Last time it took us long time to finally get our order was very slow cooking staff in the kitchen and latte from the machine was very expensive.

When I went here the other day with my friend I wanted to order something for myself that had no spice in it as I have Crohn’s disease which means that I’m not able to consume spice at all. I accidentally ended up ordering a wrap that had what I believe was “southwest sauce” which was absolutely delicious but unfortunately spicy so I wasn’t able to eat it. I wasn’t going to worry about it and was just going to take it home and enjoy my time with my friend but one of the very kind workers came up to us to ask how everything was and noticed that I wasn’t eating my wrap. As I had previously mentioned that I was unable to eat spice, he figured that was the reason why I wasn’t eating it and kindly offered to make me a vegetable wrap with aioli sauce completely free of charge so that I could have something to eat with my friend instead of sitting down with her and eating nothing. It was such a kind gesture and definitely wasn’t expected but it was greatly appreciated.
