2 of our 6 meals we had to send back. Braised short ribs were dry and tasteless. Other was a pasta special. We have been here before so not sure what happened. No visit from the Manager either given 2 meals were returned. Service was so so. Not impressed quite disappointed ☹️
I took my daughter and son for their birthday celebrations tonight to Cucci. We had the most wonderful time. The food and drinks were excellent. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing. Our server, Gary, was fantastic. Professional but personable. Made great suggestions and was attentive and helpful. The cherry on the top of the evening was the delicious birthday dessert treats that Gary surprised us with.
