I was here in feb to dine in and the food was delicious and drinks were refreshing and amazing! They also hosted iftar buffet this year and it was great. However, i am sharing photos from the La carte menu that we ordered.

Went to try out their IFTAR buffet with some friends. Had made a reservation but funnily enough upon entering we were immediately shown to a table without even being asked if we had a reservation or not. Only after we were seated did the waitress ask us if we had a reservation which I found to be a bit strange. Would we have been asked to vacate the table after being seated if the restaurant was fully booked ? First thought to mind was that the manager needs to inculcate some training to the staff on the initial greeting to customers.The restaurant is mainly comprised of booths and a few tables like a typical diner. We found the interior of the restaurant to be neat and tidy at the time of the visit.A platter of fried items consisting of pakoras, samosas, spring rolls and a pitcher of Rooh Afza was placed at our table prior to the breaking of the fast. The remaining buffet comprised of a multitude of salads and various mostly south Asian dishes (although for variety they also had pasta, wings, drumsticks, Chinese noodles chilli chicken in the menu) and some barbeque items – all of which were quite tasty. In the desert section they had kheer and gulab jamun both of which were quite good also. To finish it up they also offered tea as part of the buffet.The service was good and prompt and we found our waitress was quite attentive to our table’s needs by removing any unwanted plates..etc. while also stopping by at intervals to inquire from us if we required anything additional.Overall it was a good experience with the iftar buffet consisting of a good variety of dishes all of which had a great taste. I would definitely recommend it given its quality / variety of food and family friendly ambience.

We made a reservation on Friday at 4.28pm to visit for iftar buffet on Saturday.We reached the venue at 7.20pm today and got informed by the manager Karan that there is no reservation in our name. He shared that he wasn't working on Friday and has no idea what exactly happened. Apparently some reservations of Friday had been shifted to Saturday and the team was having trouble managing the guests.We were not willing to back off since we were observing fast and we could see some empty tables as well. After some debate back and forth, Karan gave us a corner table mentioning that he doesn't expect the concerned family to arrive since he knows them personally. After having being seated for 5 minutes, that other family duly arrived and we were asked to vacate the table. We were told to go to another corner table on the other side ,however, that table was occupied already since there was a big family gathering taking place at the same time.After another round of discussion with Karan, we eventually decided to exit the premises altogether because we felt let down as a customer.We have visited Cyphers regularly in the past. Due to this incident we won't be going back there again. The owners should investigate the call and video records and take action against the individuals responsible for this debacle. This would ensure that they don't lose more customers/patrons going forward.
I did not want to give 1 star and write a review until today morning. We visited yesterday for Iftaar buffet. Food was not fresh! It was definitely a day or two old. Chicken pieces were dry and curries had huge amounts of oil. Even their naan was not fresh.. the moment u start to eat it was getting hard and dry. They served us cold pakoras and samosas and the spring rolls had a bad smell.Since today morning me and my family are feeling unwell. we have not eaten anything after that and we are nauseous and have upset stomach. We are feeling like vomiting and very unwell. This is not fair. its Ramadan and people are coming to break their fast at your restaurant… the least you can do is serve fresh food. just keep a few items but at least keep fresh food!

Nice place to visit. Attended a party yesterday and things went well. Food was delicious.. bit spicy but appreciable. Service was excellent too. The sitting place was good enough. Management is also providing catering services for desi menu. The only reservation I had was about the display of the buffet but when the food is good.. that ends well. Keep it up..

Food wasn't bad.... service however was weird, as if the waitress didn't know where she was working?! Also, the place needs a serious clean! Tables and bathroom. They need to do much better for me to ever come back.
