I wanted to give a special shout out to Quinn who works at Dave & Busters in Oakville. I had unfortunately lost my phone, and I found Quinn at the front desk and she was so, so helpful. She stayed with me for the entire hour before I was able to locate my phone, and she helped me in every way possible. I think employees, and just people in general like this are very rare to find. I hope the staff and management at this location know how valuable someone like Quinn is, and I’m sure she’s an incredible asset to the team. Had a very fun time at the restaurant and arcade as well, very friendly staff!

We only come here for the arcade and it's always a blast. This location has a good variety of games and is never too crowded. Service level from the prize redemption desk as well as technical support has always been pleasant in our limited interaction with them too.

The staff were very rude. Called for last drinks and we walked straight over to the bar where the bartender told us “unfortunately, we’re done for the night.” Then were in the room where you redeem the tickets and the girl called out “we’re closing soon are you guys done”. I work as a bartender and would never be this disrespectful to my customers.

What a fantastic evening out with our kids. Great pricing for the coins! Prizes were ok also! Food was fantastic and had a great selection of beer on tap! Thanks for a great day!

We came for the All You Can Eat Wings. The wings are actually decent but you only get 4 flavours to pick from for the buffet.

The servers bring out a round of wings (6 per person) every 30 minutes which means you will be there all night long trying to get your fill. It's sorta crappy. The wait staff can be seen literally chilling and chatting quite frequently which is really good work life balance for them, but pretty slow service for patrons ...

The video game selection was quite limited and dated compared to the Vaughan location. Shrug. Wouldn't come back here

This is a great spot to go out with friends! We went on a Saturday night and had great service at the bar and didn’t have to wait to play many of the games. Krina working in the prize area was outstanding and went above and beyond to help us surprise our toddler at home with a blown up bat. 10/10 experience all around!

Honestly if there is actually someone monitoring this take note. Bald headed server behind the bar was extremely rude. Your drink menu specifically and clearly states $6 buck shots. Fireball, crown apple etc. Ok great...

So GF asks for a fireball and I ask for a shot or crowne. Bill comes her shot is $6 and mine is $13 LOL for a single shot.

Bartender says Oh she screwed up (the server) let me fix that for you... then refuses to fix it saying the shot of apple is different than the regular one?

I looked at him in shock as he walked off. There is no $7 price differences LOL what a con. The bottles are marketed and sold as the exact same price. Your false and misleading advertising is scummy at best.

PS. Adults dont want kids sitting in the bar area and pretty sure the AGCO doesn't either. This will also be reported to them. Clean up your act and poor service.

Came here for ACYE wings. Really slow service - took 3 hours just go get through 5 rounds of wings. Server did not smile or seem like she wanted to be there. The wing favors were not very good and tasted very bland.

50% of the games there are really just mobile games packaged as arcade games.

I personally would not come back and advise others to go to a better ACYE wings establishment then go to Playdium/Rec room.
