Dave & Buster's Oakville

We recently visited Dave & Buster’s, and I have to say — it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! We went with the kids, and they had the time of their lives.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the staff. The place was buzzing with energy, but it never felt overwhelming or chaotic. Everything was well-organized, and we were able to get a table quickly despite it being a busy weekend.

The food was surprisingly great! We ordered a mix of appetizers and main dishes — the wings were crispy and flavorful, the pretzel dogs were a big hit with the kids, and the burgers were juicy and cooked just right. The kids’ meals came out fast, which is always a huge plus when dining with little ones. The portions were generous, and everything was fresh and hot.

But of course, the main highlight for the kids (and honestly, for us too) was the arcade! There was such a huge variety of games — from classic favorites to new, high-tech options. The kids loved earning tickets and running around from game to game, and we loved seeing them so happy and excited. The games were all in great condition, and it was easy to load up the game cards and keep track of how many credits we had left.

We also appreciated how clean everything was. Even with so many people around, the staff did a great job keeping the space tidy, wiping down tables, and making sure the game area was picked up.

The prize area was another big hit — the kids were thrilled to pick out their rewards at the end of the day. There were so many fun options, and the staff at the counter were patient and friendly, even when the kids took forever to decide!

All in all, it was an amazing family outing. The kids have already asked when we can go back, and honestly, we can’t wait either. It’s the perfect place for a fun, memorable day with the family where both kids and adults can let loose and enjoy.

Food is quite standard for these type of places, not soectacular and could be better, a bit pricey, drinks were Ok and it is a good place to watch a game with friend

Overpriced. Purchased the dime and play for $59.99 for two of my kids. The cards had loading issues and we lost 35 minutes of play time. Would not recommend the food either. Overpriced for what you get.

The overall experience was very pleasant. I had very great service from the staff even met the manager. If you're asking if I would go there again, certainly.

Server and overall service were exceptional. Made accommodations for us which was greatly appreciated.

I wanted to give a special shout out to Quinn who works at Dave & Busters in Oakville. I had unfortunately lost my phone, and I found Quinn at the front desk and she was so, so helpful. She stayed with me for the entire hour before I was able to locate my phone, and she helped me in every way possible. I think employees, and just people in general like this are very rare to find. I hope the staff and management at this location know how valuable someone like Quinn is, and I’m sure she’s an incredible asset to the team. Had a very fun time at the restaurant and arcade as well, very friendly staff!
