Came in during March Break right at open with 2 adults and 4 kids. There was only 1 person working named Leo and he was amazing! A few minutes after us there were groups of families coming in and he was doing it all! Every single order was right and food was above standard. Considering he had to run around hosting, getting waters, taking orders and making the orders - he handled it very calmly and professionally. Service and dessert were 10/10. Thank you Leo!

Our family had a special outing for March Break, which started with a trip to Indigo for new books, to be followed by fun times at the mini putt and the topper was yummy desserts at Demetre's…but our night ended with a HUGE flop! The lineup was long when we entered, but we promised the kids dessert. No one was really working the door. We sat at our table for quite a long time without any service and then the server with the mustache, a.k.a. Rico Suave, came to our table, immediately after a family of four walked out. I was very saddened because they had two small children who were looking forward to a special night of dessert and the little girl left crying. Those kids missed out because the establishment was understaffed for March Break. Rico took our order and we asked for water… Which we never received from him and we had to ask the nice gentleman who I believe might be a supervisor or manager type. Our food arrived, and it was tasty, no mistaking that. The mistake was choosing to come to your establishment at the end of our night because the service was atrocious and Rico was never to be seen at our table again. We had to ask the supervisor for the bill and I did inquire about the tipping policy as I felt I wanted to give something to the gentleman who ended up taking care of us, but in all honesty, Rico was not deserving. As there was tip pool, we did leave a tip for the minimal service we received. If you are considering attending this establishment and you see that it is busy, or you see Rico Suave working, perhaps go elsewhere…like home! Do not waste your time and money! The only exception is if today was Rico's first shift ever....
