Great food, great experience

This is my family's go to pizza place, we lo e their Chicken Shawarma Pizza! We enjoy chatting with the owner and he likes to provide us with great discounts everytime

The food and service is amazing

I am truly disappointed with this place.. i have literally called the guy and made an order over the phone for 10 wings and medium pizza. Not to mention it was (30 dollars) and that was already over priced. However i asked him specifically to put a good amount of chicken on the pizza since it counts as 2 TOPPINGS.
Instead he filled up much more than usual with red onion to cover up for the little chicken he had on there. Wayyy too much tomato sauce, that when i was taking a bite the cheese was completely sliding off the dough. I will never come back to this location. I used to be a good regular Customer at the Mississauga location before it shut down. plus this location actually serves alcohol, which I wouldn’t be comfortable coming back to eat ( Halal) food from here anyways.

Place doesnt appear to be halal. Sign that says halal made me go in. But i saw a statue of a Hindu god. Not sure which halal owner has a Hindu god statue. And why a Hindu would serve Halal food. I would avoid if your muslim.

Used to come here all the time during high school this spot was the go to place. The food always hit, especially after a long day or during lunch breaks. Quick service, solid portions, and the popcorn chicken + fries combo never disappointed. Still one of my comfort spots to this day.

They were a bit slow when I went this December but overall the food is good.

Man behind the counter completely ignored me as I was the only customer waiting to be helped. He reluctantly served me only after I had called out to him. Please teach your staff BASIC customer service and how to do math. The slice I ordered cost $5.64 and he was not able to make change when I handed him $6....wow. Then the store was overwhelmed with students! He had no problem serving them! Guess I know where the priorities are. The pizza was barely warm even though I asked for it to be heated up. Probably because he wanted me out to serve the teenage rush. I'm almost positive that the owner/manager will not respond to this review because they only respond to 5 star reviews. There are so many places to get pizza

The employee was blasting music so loud I could barely hear him and he could barely hear my order. The employee had a hard time communicating and understanding what I was asking for. I asked for an extra large pizza and asked if it came in a combo with wedges and wings. He looked at me like I had a horn growing out of my head. It took numerous asks to get him on the same page. He tried to charge me 20$ for sauce for the wings. There was a sketchy cabinet full of random alcohol. When I got home I also noticed a few of the wings had feathers still attached that were deep fried with the wings. I’ve been going to double double (dubs) since I was 14 going to holy trinity and I will not be going back.

Ok here's me being petty, pizza is ok.. service is kinda crappy. Only one in the store yet the gentleman decides to do other chores before serving me. Waited a few minutes while standing there. Then they charge and he rounds up on the price when it's .02 cents (me being petty due to service) math works this way. .02 cents round down .03 cents round up. I don't care about the 5c difference. It's the attitude when I correct him that bugs me. Then I get cut eye cause I don't tip. Please train/hire staff that understands math and let them know that slow service doesn't always mean they'll get a tip either way. If he was fast and courteous. I'd give a tip and praise. Unfortunately this was the first and last time here. Good luck with all your endeavors.
