Rude service and very neglectful. My father had informed the employee that due to a medical condition, he could not have tomato sauce on the pizza and asked for alfredo instead. The employee proceeded to act hostile and very unwelcoming. After being given the order, we opened the pizza and saw that she gave us a pizza WITH tomato sauce after telling her he couldn’t consume that.

Extremely disrespectful.

Also, the chicken tetrazzini had ample black pepper and was barely consumable. I was very disappointed with Doughbox and do not recommend it to anyone.

Dough Box is the best pizza spot I’ve been to! The crust is perfect, the toppings are fresh, and the flavor is unbeatable. No other place compares. Great service and a great experience every time. Highly recommend!

Very bad attitude towards the customer. Your boss should pull himself together and not scold the customer. I will not order from you again.I will advertise you everywhere, you have no right to shout at anyone.You have to do your job, after all, I will deliver the customer's order and you have no right to shout. I will convey this everywhere, pull yourself together and change your tone of speech.

Tried 4 different pizzas and they were all lackluster.

Crust is cardboard and the sauce is very light and flavorless. The dough bites were dry but ok but the best part about them was the Nutella.

I LOVE their pizza!!!! Great pies served by great people. Every time I have been there they have had a smile on their face, the service was fast and pleasant, and the pies were delicious! Really can't say enough about how great my experiences have been. Enjoy!!!

Ordered what I thought was a pizza turned out to be thinner then cardboard w some burnt cheese on it. Also the drink machines are covered in mold where the drinks get dispensed from. (I worked here and when I saw it I refused to drink from fountain drinks ever again. Arief the boss said he would fix it and never did) wood oven is fake aswell it’s propane powered and the wood isn’t burning.

Terrible service. Hours of operation say they’re open til 9 but the staff won’t serve you past ~8/8:15 because they want to close early. Happened twice now, yesterday night nov 20, and about a week or 2 ago
