Witnessed an employee drop the ice cream scooper on the ground where they step with their shoes and proceed to serve the costumer without watching the scoop, absolutely disgusting standers from this establishment, will never come back here again.
Ice cream was too icy and not creamy. Huge portions though!

We were treated very poorly by the staff working there- no responses to our questions, and unkind looks when we asked for a little more time to decide. The place was completely empty as well. We asked if they were still open and they nodded in our direction, then proceeded to glare at us while we decided. Probably will not be going back again. We felt so uncomfortable and belittled that we left.

we got the single scoop of mango ice cream to share. it was refreshing and creamy! there’s a good amount of ice cream as well. the interior is so cute and aesthetic, it’s an amazing photo spot. it was quite crowded since it was canada day though
