I love burritos…but this place is worst…Zero customer service..their manager named Gautam, has a very bad attitude towards his coworkers and i saw he had a couple of uber orders and he told the walk in customers to leave since he is busy with online orders…also, not giving good portion… i got a huge burrito…but got only little burrito portion….i would say this store is not in good hands…

I love this location, always clean, super nice staff and they absolutely load the burritos. The hot sauce is relatively mild for people who really love spice but still tastes great ?

I went there a few days back, and I have visited many other locations but this location gave me such a bad experience that I would never visit this place again. I ordered chicken bowl, with waffles fries, and the person serving spoke with full attitude and as if i am asking for food from other world. The chicken and beans had really awful smell.

I don't usually write reviews and mostly appreciate good service in person but today i need to describe the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant.
Firslty, the person didn't entertain us and we had to wait 10 minutes until the person completes the Uber order for which there was no one to pick. Moreover they have written for faster service please order online?what if someone needs help with the order and wanna make customize the order as the app doesn't show all the needed customizations.
When he packing my burrito I saw that it was a bit loose and when i opened it everything was oozing outside in the bag but i didnt have time to ask them to make it again. When i reached home pulled beef was completely dry and it felt like it was made a week ago.
In short i spent money and time to have such a bad experience. I have been to alot of fat bastard burrito but trust me this was the last time at Fat Bastard Burrito.
Please hire people who know how to make burritos and provide better customer service.

Like some of the other negative reviews, the selection of toppings were limited, the rice was hard, but more importantly, the chicken wasn't fresh or warm. This is unacceptable. My first and last time at this location.

We went after the gym today for the first time on a Sunday night and we absolutely loved it ?? I ordered waffle potatos with toppings and my husband a burrito bowl, both were so amazing ? the staff member taking our order was so kind and nice, I recommend it and we will come back for sure after our training ????‍♀️ I loved the pulled beef, so good! Sorry there is no pictures after gym there was no time hahaha

I ordered a Catering for 17 people that was delivered to an office in Oakville.
The service was above and beyond excellent, everyone were very helpful, tried to assist as much as possible...the food arrived on time and was very fresh and tasty...everyone enjoyed and I highly recommended this place

This location is Scam

So I went to this location to get a burrito a medium size burrito. He made me a very small burrito and charged me for regular burritos , when I asked why you gave me a small burrito than he said it’s burrito size policy is changed he tried to fool me then I went to another location and I asked them if this is true. He said it’s not true. It’s a lie. We don’t have any policies about burrito size. It’s the same as before.

So he’s trying to make money by scamming people
