This is a nice place to sit. But I think it's needs more effort to take care of the place. Cleanliness wise, staff mood. The tables were dirty, the coffee lid had stain oil on it we had to ask for it to be changed. We walk in and gear the staff arguing in the side room beside the cashier. I hope things change Caz you have a great location, furniture is already nice just plz make changes to how clean the place is and train ur staff to be more professional.

Drinks were good. Barista was quite unpleasant to say the least.
They also have jazz nights and live music some weekends for dinner time. They have a cute patio, their main floor and the second floor which is more private and suitable for working.
They also have great selection of red and white wine available.

Avoid. There’s much better coffee shops along lakeshore. Staff was horrible- gave so much attitude. Food and coffee wasn’t good either. Pilot coffee, vereda, wet coffee are all better

Very poor customer service. I found the staff rude and stand offish. They acted like they were doing me a favour by serving me. The attitude of the staff brings down the whole atmosphere of the store. And the food prices are ridiculous for what you receive.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this cafe. The manager was extremely rude to us. The manager told everybody to order something or else we would be kicked out, even though half of us placed an order. And the funny thing is, he only said everybody needs to order after half of us paid for our order already. So half of our friends were kicked out of the cafe because they didn't order. Unbelievably rude service. Never coming back here again.

We were sitting and studying after spending about 20 each with 4 people on food and drinks, then an older worker came up to us and rudely told us we had to give up half our table because people were asking for tables, then proceeded to tell us we cant study on this floor and took our chair, and no one proceeded to sit at the table he took from us. He then went over to other tables and told them they had to move as well after they had also spent money on food and drinks. He was rude, short with us, and when we said we had bought food and that everyone else is studying here he said we still had to move and continued to be extremely rude, so much tude for an old man. He also told us we couldnt do work downstairs but there are no signs indicating this either. For 7$ coffee and 15$ sandwiches customer service is abhorrent and the coffee tastes like dirty water anyways.

A great cozy café, suitable for breakfast or weekend brunch, snacks, lunch or dinner. They hold many fun and entertaining events here, like painting workshops, charcuterie board workshops, etc.
