Food was good, but they took 30 minutes to bring my husbands order after bringing mine. Service was very slow and staff were not attentive at all.

We came here with family for new years dinner. We ordered Chicken/cheese Pide and beef Lahmacun. Both tasted great and came with bread and sauces. For main course we got bbq platter. Chicken and beef was ok in it but just the chicke. wings were not cooked well. Overall nice ambiance with spacious seating and quick staff. They had also served complimentary tea at the end.

Very poor service. They messed up our order. We ordered two platters and they didn’t tell us that they didn’t have lamb chops in stock and replaced them with all beef kabobs that tasted like gasoline. The worst part is that they brought in other dishes to compensate for the mess up and they were half cooked. Will never go back and I do not recommend anyone going there. This restaurant used to be one my favourite but they have lost the quality over the past year or so. I couldn’t leave as I had arranged a get together with a party of 8. The prices are also way more than other restaurants serving much better quality for same dishes. Terrible experience overall.

This was my friend and I's first time visiting Finjan, and it was a very disappointing experience.

When we first tried to order pide, the server told us the oven wasn’t working... despite another table being served pide. We then ordered two mains (chicken souvlaki and kabobs), but after waiting about +20min, the server came back to tell us those weren’t available either. When we asked what was available, he suddenly said pide was an option again... which made no sense.

We also ended up ordering a spicy potato appetizer, which took +30min to arrive. When we asked about the delay, the server admitted he hadn't even given the order to the kitchen yet. When it finally came out, the portion was extremely small, didn't look anything close to the menu, lacked flavour, and was undercooked.

Given the poor service and underwhelming food, the prices were completely unjustified. To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the restaurant was concerning... the bathrooms were dirty and in poor condition.

Overall, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. I wouldn't recommend this place, especially when there are far better options in Oakville!

My friend and I came in to have lunch and the service/food was extremely disappointing. My friend and I tried to order some Pide to start but were told 20 minutes later that the item was not available. We instead tried to order Chicken Souvlaki again, only to be told another 15-20 mins later that it was not available. We just ended ordering the Pide that magically became available again along with spicy potatoes. The spicy potatoes looked nothing like the menu and the potatoes were undercooked. The food and service was abysmally bad. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone.

I am quite disappointed. First, I called in to pre-order food as I didn't want to wait before I eat. It took them 1 hour to prepare the 5 person platter! Kofte was of black color, so burned. Pepper did not even have the store sticker removed! The platter was 170$, barely food for 3 adults, no bread or sides included. I ended up not ordering tea as I believe it woyld have taked another hour to make. Will never come here again. Oh, and kebabs had bone pieces in it. Pretty dangerous to eat.

Absolutely love Finjan! The food is amazing, the restaurant is very clean, and the servers are always so friendly. I’ve been coming here for over a year now, and it’s our favorite spot for mother-daughter dinners with my mom and sister. They even offer complimentary tea after meals. Prices are very reasonable compared to other Turkish restaurants. Always a great experience - highly recommend!

Honesty I don't understand how this restaurant can get a 5 star review. Service is zero they don't know how to provide service. Breakfast is so over priced. It's nothing like they advertise at their website.

Went for Turkish breakfast . It was nothing like they advertise on TikTok or other platform.They actually don’t know how to serve u feel the servers have no training . Tea was cold :( They just put random staff to fill the trays . Feeling like I was ripped off .Very disappointed.

I was excited to have my bday lunch with a friend here. took 10 mins for the only server to take our order. got cold kebab with hummus. Quantity was very small. pita arrived 10 mins after hummus. there was no concept of customer service they didnt even offer water or napkins. Definitely not going back!
