Amazing customer service. They also included my name for the BOGO sale! Which is very rare for my name. The girl (didn't get a chance to get her name) but she served me around 7pm on Nov 24 was very kind,patient and approachable! Highly recommend

We were driving by and decided to give it a try for the very first time. Have to say, I was pretty impressed by the fullness of the sub - they sure don't skim on anything there. The price is between $16 & $20 per full size sandwich. At the beginning you'll think it's pricey, but once you'll see it and eat it, you'll understand that the price is worth it. Especially if you compare this chain to Subway, Subway is losing it big time in everyone's eyes. I'm doing Google reviews for many years and will NEVER recommend something just 'cause. Please trust me and give it a try at any location near you. I guarantee that you'll never visit Subway ever again. 😉👌😋

Asked if they have smoked meet. The answer was that all meets are smoked :) Asked for extra meet and paid for it. Got the same quantity. I do not recommend this location. Last time there. The Burlington one is way more professional. To management: invest in your employees and get quality ones or your business sinks. Try someone who knows what smoked meat is since we are in a country where everyone knows what it is.

I had a great experience here! The second I entered I was welcomed and the staff were very sweet and offered me a drink the second they felt that I’m not feeling well (the noticed that I’m pregnant). Highly recommend this place :)

Greyson is one of the reasons I kept going back to Firehouse. They always made my day better, always went out of their way to provide exceptional service, and would always remember the details of my visit. The fact that they, as well as the rest of the staff I've come to know, are being terminated due to the change in ownership is baffling to me. I will not be returning.

Went to this location with my 9 y/o on our way home. My child pointed out how amazing the staff were. Greeted us with such friendly service and smiles. Very hard to find exceptional customer service in 2024, which is unfortunate.
The fact that a 9 y/o child recognized great service, this location definitely earned their stars and this review. Great work!
