Great, consistent food with great customer service. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful. The blonde female employee was very warm and accommodating during our last visit, checking in with us during our meal and tidying up around us. Kitchen staff also were full of smiles!

Firehouse Subs in Oakville is definitely one of my top 3 go-to spots for subs/burgers. The place has a nice, cozy vibe with enough seating for about 20 people. Every time I come here, I order the Smoked Beef & Cheddar Brisket sub — and honestly, it’s the best sub I’ve ever had. I haven’t tried anything else on the menu yet because this one is just that good!
Customer service is excellent, and the staff are always super friendly and welcoming. Overall, this location is a fantastic spot for a hearty meal and great service. Highly recommend!
I used to love going to Firehouse subs. The subs are really good. Buyer beware though. Firehouse will promote low prices for subs and then on checkout they will hit you with a different price. This location will not honour the sale price and when prompted by the head office to contact you, they will simply ignore the directive until you give up trying. Great food but customers are not valued.
