I love eating here. The subs are great. I would just like to say that the last time I was in, the cashier charged me for caramelized mushrooms. I ordered the veggie sub and from my understanding, they are supposed to be included (always have been in the past). I ended up paying extra.

Amazing dine-in experience. Staff is friendly and hard working. The food was delicious, hot and fresh. I will 100% be a repeat customer based on my visit.
Kid-friendliness: I am taking home two firehouse helmets for my niece and nephew. Not a playground but there is definitely a kid-friendly element.

Came here for lunch. The person at the cashier was very friendly and helpful.
He even told me if I do the survey on the receipt, we will get one free drink.
And that we can do it right now and you will get a free drink right now as well. I thought this was very kind and thoughtful. Most restaurants in would not tell you.
Plus, most would say all coupons must be used next time you come.
Ordered a salad, and steak sub. Salad was very fresh at the steak was very soft and yummy.
They have the Coke free style machine for drinks too! Very good.
Staff even came up to us near the end to ask how our food was. Not something you'd see at another similar sandwich burger style restaurant. Well done.
