No sauce, picture shows them tossed in sauce, and you choose a sauce on the website...yet came without sauce. Just dry burnt chicken that the raccoons probably won't like when they fish them out of the bin. Don't look at the pictures on the menu because they clearly took some stock photos off the internet somewhere. Frankies "special" sauce is ketchup and mayo. Just gross excuse for food. Do not order

My girlfriend got food poisoning and I’ve been on the toilet for hours, do not eat here… it used to be amazing but the quality’s gone downhill, the chicken strips were very over cooked on the outside but somehow undercooked on the inside. The fries were great tho ?

Very disappointed I ordered delivery here twice before was delicious. Whoever is cooking tonight sucks. The Dill Slaw smells horrible and tasted spoiled and everything else looks undercooked plus I ordered a margarita and never received it.

This used to be my GO TO fried chicken place. Always fresh and juicy and the pickle slaw and curly fries were insane. It’s been about 6 months since we ordered so tonight we did an Uber order and I had to file for a refund.The bun tasted like stale freezer burn, and the cheese on my hot sandwich was rock hard (how is this possible?). The fries were also severely undercooked and staleI’m so disappointed. Not sure if new owners took over in the last year or so but definitely not a place I’ll order from again.I’m so sad :(

Complete ripoff and the food is WEAK. Chicken sandwich is supposed to have 3 strips of chicken and pickles. Got 2 sandwiches: no pickles, only 2 tiny chicken nuggets and next to no sauce. The bun is probably Dempster’s bread. Skip this place for your own

We got the 2 for 1 chicken tender combos on Uber eats. At first we thought it tasted just weird, chicken was dry, overcooked, too crispy and we could mostly just taste the breading. I hate to say it but both our stomachs have been very off since we ate. I couldn’t finish it. It was almost as if they were precooked and reheated.Next day update. Don’t eat here. You will get sick. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Even tho the service was quick. Honestly I’m so upset, I’m sick at home and I ordered this food it was a total of 27$ for a burger and fries… the burger was so soggy it was not buns anymore the chicken was not crunchy it was soggy and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. This is the first time I actually don’t force my self to eat it. On top of that I found a paper plastic inside the burger. I have pneumonia and Ive been sick for a week and this is the stuff that gets you sick. The fries were soggy like mashed potato and honestly I would never buy anything again.

Ordered delivery through Uber eats, 2 baskets of chicken tenders and some how every single one is burnt to a crisp. I tried salvaging the meal with some sauce but the chicken tenders were rock hard, could barely bite through it. The takeout boxes and bag were also drenched in what smells like burnt oil, not inside the boxes but all over the exterior.

Not sure why no many unsatisfied reviews but I tried here for the first time today via Uber eats and the chicken sandwiches and fries were really good and portion sizes on point!
The first two times I had Frankie's Hot Chicken I enjoyed it and highly recommended it however may last two orders have shown that things are going downhill. One of the biggest issues is the lack of Nashville style sauce on the chicken. The first couple times the chicken was completely covered in sauce but the last order there was just a bit of sauce applied to the chicken before the bun was put on leaving 80% of the chicken without sauce and nothing more than a chicken tender sandwich. When the manger at Lone Star responded to my critique she said the sauce was applied per specifications and tried to blame lack of quality on 3rd party delivery services. The chicken that arrives in your order will definitely not match the pictures from Frankie's social media pages or website. Come on Lone Star you can do better!

Ordered a regular chicken sandwich and a jalapeño chicken sandwich combo through UberEats and let me tell you this is the worst chicken sandwich i think I’ve ever ate in my life. Chicken was SO dry and hard and there was almost no sauce on it.My significant other’s sandwich was a little better…until the end when we flipped the sandwich over to find what we assume is mold?(picture added) The buns are grilled hence the blackness of it but she said she tasted mold a couple of bites prior to finding it.I will say the curly fries are good though so at least the meal was salvageable.Wish I had seen the reviews beforehand so I wouldn’t have wasted my time ordering from here. If you get enough bad reviews wouldn’t you at least try and change your product to make it better?

Awful. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 12 beers through skip the dishes. They sent 1 sandwich and 2 beers. Complained to skip the dishes... they wouldn't answer any phone calls or respond. Tried to get my money back for a week and finally gave up.

Ordered delivery. Edit: just realized the Uber eats app stated there are three chicken strips and only got two.Ive had this chicken sandwich twice. The first time, it was so delicious with nice toppings. The second time, maybe three thinly sliced pickles with two chicken pieces. Last time it was crunchy and so good. Second time it was not crunchy at all. Ordered the third hottest sauce and it was not hot at all. Overall, the chicken pieces is a generous size, but quality is up and down. Also my bun was oily the second time even though it lacked toppings. But worse of all, I got a stingy amount of curly fries. So stingy. I'll try again, this review could go up or down.
