What happened to the quality at Freshii?
I visited this location on Saturday and ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl, and it was a very disappointing experience. The chicken was rubbery, poorly cut, and difficult to eat. The vegetables looked old and soggy, and there was very little teriyaki sauce.
The staff experience was also frustrating. The employee serving me seemed more focused on her earpiece than on preparing the food, which felt unprofessional. When I asked about the sweet potatoes, I was told she had no control over how long they would take because it depended on the machine—even though I never commented on the wait time.
When I finally received the sweet potatoes, they looked nothing like the photo shown— not even close.
Overall, the food quality and service did not meet expectations, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location.

Everytime I order Uber eats from here and get the Pangoa bowl. They forget the avocado and it shows in the photo and the description that avocado is in that bowl...and this has happened repeatedly.

The Freshii food is standardly healthy. In the best interest of your business...hire more staff especially at peak times. Right now, there is one person taking orders and making them. There has been 3 lost sales since I've been standing here in the last 10 minutes and my order hasn't been started yet. A woman waiting for pick up order has been here longer than me. Perhaps this is an unusual experience but maybe not. Sure hope this review helps the owner...people please keep coming and supporting just wanting your business to thrive by improving ability to serve customers well.

Not complaining about the staff, but the management is awful. Only one person on staff during peak hours handling walk ins and uber eats orders. Management needs to get their heads out of the sand

Anu is incredible and truly deserves a raise. She was working alone during the busy lunch rush, calmly juggling non-stop online orders and a lineup out the door. She stayed professional and composed in a really difficult situation.
That said, to whoever manages this location: please do better for your staff and customers. Waiting 25 minutes for a wrap and smoothie at lunch is not acceptable (and absolutely not Anu’s fault). I also watched customers leave after saying this wasn’t the first time, which means you’re losing business too.
Please consider scheduling a second employee during busy hours—it’s unfair to expect one person to handle it all.

Overall they have good chicken and healthy bowls. However I must point out their rice noodles are worse than horrendous, it was almost uncooked, hard and unable to be eaten. I’ve ordered their soup twice and a bowl once with noodles in it, and they were “coincidentally” uncooked (not undercooked, literally uncooked/raw) throughout three different orders.
Very bad experience with this Freshii, no need to come to this location.
