Anu is incredible and truly deserves a raise. She was working alone during the busy lunch rush, calmly juggling non-stop online orders and a lineup out the door. She stayed professional and composed in a really difficult situation.
That said, to whoever manages this location: please do better for your staff and customers. Waiting 25 minutes for a wrap and smoothie at lunch is not acceptable (and absolutely...
