This place is one of the finest smoothie places I have ever visited. The employees here are friendly,quick enough and they help you decide on a good drink. I have been visiting this place regularly and have tried almost all of their drinks. They are all good, and I recommend the chocolate banana smoothie,mango tango and lychee green tea for anyone trying this place for the first time.

This place is literally so horrible. TELL ME WHY I LIGIT HAD COCONUT MILK CLUMPING UP IN MY DRINK. super yuck, and the tapioca wasn't even good. they wouldn't even give me a refund. tbh go to the real fruit, upstairs.

I love freshly squeezed juice but not from this location,the one inside the oakville place , i ordered 3 orange pineapple juice but when came those were filled with pulp and seeds,i ask employee to strain it and they denied saying they dont have a strainer ,when i said i never had so much pulp at square one outlet they mentioned its different owner and different equipments thats why there is Pulp and no strainer ,this response was ridiculous as franchise never give different standard and equipment to any owner Only reason for not straining was more profit by using less Fruits for a glass full of juice. Go for it only if you like more than 1/4th glass filled with pulp instead of juice

Very disappointed with my visit here today. I ordered two medium orange and carrot juices for $20, only to find them filled with whole seeds. This is unacceptable, especially at that price.When I raised the issue, I was informed that their equipment can't filter seeds. This crucial information should have been disclosed upfront. Suggesting I scoop out the seeds with a spoon was both ridiculous and unhelpful.These juices were for my children, who couldn’t possibly drink them with seeds. Not only is this a quality issue, but it also raises safety concerns. I expected better. I won’t be returning and suggest they seriously reconsider their preparation methods
