this place sells the most unetable food. Im not sure why they are still running a business. Please DO NOT buy any chicken dish because the chicken is not real chicken (check other reviews with the same complains). The lady just wants you to order through skipthedishes and is very rude. The place alone is dirty... but the quality of the food i dont know what it is but definitely not chicken

Placed an order via skip the dishes last weekend just for some chicken balls. I had asked for a packet of soy sauce , which usually not a big deal at any other restaurant. Immediately after placing my order a women called to yell at me and said “NO THIS COSTS MONEY” . They ended up sending one packet and and napkin with my order .I’m surprised they didn’t call me back and try to charge me for the free napkin they sent with the sorry excuse for rock hard chicken balls. Borderline line expected the driver to show up with 6 chicken balls just in his empty palm . These people are ridiculous .Train your staff better to not yell at customers and provide barley edible food.

Tried ordering from web site menus and she said they were 10 yrs old. Dinner for 2 went up $15…. She told me not to order from her and hung up after I already said it was fine. With attitude like that I bet the food is no good.

I agree with the last person. The food here is horrific. Also if you order off Uber they randomly add additional charges which you can't refuse. I was so disappointed and no one should waste their money at this place. I've never been so disappointed with a restaurant. Oh and don't tell them you are allergic to anything, they just charge you more.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Ordered food from here on Tuesday night, Wednesday morning I had food poisoning.. I will never ever order from here again or eat Chinese food again. I’ve never been so sick ?.. take my advice and go else where.
HAD TAKE AWAY FROM SKIP THE DISH...THE EGG ROLL WAS BURNT BLACK. THE NOODLES WERE OVERCOOKED...AND THE FRIED WONTONS WELL ILL GIVE THEM AN EDIBLE BUT NOTHING

This was the worst food experience I have ever had and would award it zero stars if I could. I threw out 2/3rds of the order of dinner for 6. Also, website has price at $69 but price charged was $99. Such a disappointment. Don't know how they can stay in

If you remember the chain of Chinese restaurants around toronto called HO LEE CHOW . They abruptly closed back in 2005. I used to get couple of dishes from them and I always had one favourite dish. After the closure of HO LEE CHOW I went on a Chinese food hunt to find my old favourite, after many searches and trail, I found this place, as soon as I found out that the owners are ex owners of HO LEE CHOW on Winston Churchill I was ecstatic. I’ve been their customer since 2008 and I always get one dish (satay chicken). They make it very well. I like that dish so much that I would choose that as my last meal before checking out.

Low quality and waste of $. More vegetables than meat in the dishes.. like you really have to dig to find a meat piece. I love hot and sour soup. You can say I am a connoisseur of hot n sour soup. Lets just say this place is doing an injustice to the soup. Would not recommend. Please make the prices appropriately reflect the quantity and quality of the food.

Don’t bother coming unless you want to feed more than one person. You will be made to feel stupid for asking if they do a combo for one (like everyone else in the Chinese takeout business). Then you will be ignored and not offered a solution for the fact that you are one person who wants to exchange money for food. These people are not serious about customer service.
