Gotcha Bubble Tea Oakville

Terrible, save your time and money and go elsewhere. Taste is bland, not prepared requested, and poor service.

Love both their milk and fruit teas! Usually only wait about 5-10 mins for my drink depending on how busy they are. Just wish they had more flavours of fruit jelly as I prefer the jelly over popping boba!

Disappointed the milk tea had no flavour :( the Jade Jasmine rose milk tea was fine but nothing makes it worth ordering from uber eats again

I got the strawberry slushie, but I didn't quite like it. There was little flavor.

I ordered a matcha boba at 30% sugar and it was as sweet as drinking candy. I asked for redoing it but they didnt accept it, and told me to order zero sugar next time

Oh, it’s a milk tea shop where you use moldy fruit and the pua staff can’t even tell you what they say.

It tastes very bad and all the fruits sold are moldy. It is not recommended to go there.

I ordered a cup of their Gotcha Fruit Tea in this store yesterday, and after drinking their drink I came home with diarrhea and vomiting! I seriously doubt that they kept the moldy fruit!!! First time purchase was so disappointing！

They recently removed "no ice" option from their menu. I have tonsillitis, so always avoid ice. Upon requesting they removed the ice but reduced the tea amount as shown in the picture below. Are they so broke that they need to remove 10% of the liquid for a $10 bubble tea order without ice? Why are corporations so greedy these days? Is it really worth pissing off customers like this?

I don’t know what kind of scam this place is running but I was here on Nov 10th at 7:45 pm. I ordered the mango slush with mango popping. The lady that took my order said the popping was extra. I said that’s fine, then she comes up to me again and says the mango slices are extra as well. I replied it’s literally on the picture why would you charge me extra for it. She said thats only for the pictures and it would cost additional. So basically she admitted to false advertising. Not sure what’s going on with the nickel and diming customers for a few extra dollars. I find it extremely pathetic.
Just a note that this was not my first time buying this drink and I’ve never paid extra for the mango slices. Btw the drink was over $10 with all the additional nonsense charges.
I won’t be coming back here again that’s for sure.

I ordered from this place threw Uber eats, brownsugar milk tea, it tasted gross nothing like what im use to, it was completely white there was no brown-sugar added. It was tasteless. I wont b returning. 19$ down the drain.
