Worst place I've ever been to. The owner/chef was rude to us when we were trying to sit at a table that we ending up getting up and leaving. Even the waitress was stunned by the way he treated us and apologized on his behalf. My first and last time there - you couldn't pay me to go there.

Extremely rude chef who carries his rudeness with a badge of honor. He literally told us that yes I'm cranky and I'm cranky all the time when we confronted him on the way he came and spoke to us. Well sir.. You can keep your rudeness to yourself. How are you even in the business???

Good food and service. Just mind the hours, they close rather early at 8pm when we went. They received us but some of the food on the menu was no longer available. Parking at the back is available, just make sure you don't leave your car to go elsewhere. The lady from the restaurant chased us to make sure when we left (we parked on the street so we were ok).

Ordered the steak and frites, and Chicken and waffles, steak was slightly over done but flavored well. The portion sizes for some of the other meals I saw ordered are very large.The drink selection was somewhat limited, but menu was extensive and accommodated for my tables dietary concerns.

We just had a lovely brunch at Harbourside. The Eggs Florentine was amazing. Cooked to perfection with real hollandaise. Chicken and waffles was also great. The service was incredible and very friendly. We will definitely be back!

We did not have a great experience at this restaurant. My dad found the red pepper soup to be watery and when he spilled some on his white shirt we asked if they had a bit of soda to spot clean his shirt. He is 84. The answer given was "no as they would have to open a whole can" for him. I was a bit taken a back by that.. we would have paid for the can! The eggs benedict was offputting to say the least as the hollandaise sauce was rancid and watery. The waitress overheard me say the sauce was terrible and I heard her tell the chef who proceeded to say I was used to packaged hollandaise sauce. I make my own sauce too and this was just not a good sauce and the butter used may have been off. I was unable to eat the english muffin or the peameal bacon as they were covered in the sauce. The poached eggs were good however. Also the staff stood right beside our table the entire meal and we felt they were listenig to our conversation. I will not go back here.

Very pleasant experience! Staff were SO friendly, environment was quiet and cozy, and the food was great. My parents just moved to the area so we're trying all the restaurants and shops around. This place was so homey and cute I would love to come back. The menu was something out of a seaside town and priced quite competitively in today's market. 5 stars.
This is a privately owned small restaurant with a cozy interior, perfect for celebrating an anniversary or a quiet get together. The menu is extended with daily specials and all the offerings are outstanding. My wife and I go almost weekly, the cracked duck penne is one of my favorites while my wife loves their grilled fish. You can make reservations, a good idea for Saturday nights. It is located in a small plaza and there is parking and an entrance at the back.

A friend and I were walking down lakeshore and decided to try this place as it looked really nice and it definitely did not disappoint. Although we showed up with no reservations they were kind enough to find a spot for us to sit down. The jambalaya is labelled as vegetarian but there is an option to add chicken and sausage to it when ordering. This could be more clear on the menu but other than that the food was fantastic. My friend got cracked duck and she enjoyed the food so much that she herself became cracked.
