We came here late night on a Friday . Scott served us and he was so amazing!!!! So kind and made sure our order was perfect!! I would definitely come here again highly recommend!!!

I had the best experience here when I stopped by for a quick bite to eat. In particular there was an employee, I believe her name was Atefa. She was so positive and welcoming, it made me feel like we were family. Having that type of service made the food taste that much better. I would also like to add it was super clean!! I will definitely be returning, thank you for such great, fast, service on top of the fresh food!!!

Ordered an original burger with bacon and cheese.
Burger was cold. The bacon was so thin it was translucent. The patty was not hot and didn't look fully cooked. The cheese was a tasteless, processed slice.
Just a terrible, terrible burger for the price.
Poutine was okay.

I love Harvy’s until today I don’t know if she’s manager or supervisor, she was super rude on the drive-through we ordered onion rings and it wasn’t cooked properly and me and my friend tested it be sure! And it wasn’t cooked
And the manager or the supervisor who was talking to us was so rude she isn’t giving any moment to explain to us. She’s just keep on talking it. I felt very bad. I am from waterloo Kitchener location and I have Harvys over there and I know how Harvys onion rings taste, but here it was very, very, very disappointing. I felt very bad by the way she was talking very arrogant rude not even understanding the perspective it’s not that I want. New rings is that I at least expect some basic customer service right?
I was given a coupon for Harvey's and it came in handy tonight as I was doing chores and was getting hungry.... I decided on a quick drive thru at this location and was greeted by a cheerful woman at the order post and again by another very friendly woman at the pay and pickup window. She asked me if I needed anything else and wished me a good night. Nice. The meal was good as well, but the service was great! Welcoming, quick and friendly with a hint of humor. Always a good combo!
