Went thru drive through spent 40.00 two combos poutine extra onion rings apple pie. Got home the burgers you use to get were not hard, but the person who did the toppings put things in my burger that I didn't ask especially mine hot peppers, my mom's was worse, fries not cooked in poutine, onion rings over cooked. I couldn't eat my burger because of the peppers.Got home called Scott was nice enough to replace meal, we went back the next day. Again they were nice to replace the meal but again my burger what I asked for toppings were not there look at the lack of toppings and no mayo no relish. I took a picture this time. Customer service is good but food quality is bad. This location use to be good.

Harvey’s is a great spot for a quick burger. I like that you can choose your own toppings and the burgers are always grilled fresh. The food tastes better than most fast-food places, and the fries are solid. It’s usually quick, easy, and worth it.

We came here (1011 Upper Middle Road, Oakville) yesterday to order takeout. Everyone working behind the counter was pleasant and efficient. I also noted the great teamwork between the cashier, burger arranger/bagger and the kitchen staff. Everything seemed to flow. The lady with the green head scarf who prepared our burgers was excellent! So efficient and courteous! She did everything expertly and with a smile. We both commented on this and decided we will definitely coming back!👍

This is my favorite Harvey's when I come back from work, to have my favorite Buffalo chicken poutine. Unfortunately lately it looks like they are trying to cut the cost by altering the quality of the product. And what I mean about is I've been here last time in December and then now in January, and I realised it is much less chicken in the product but what's worse is laking of the buffalo sauce which I love so much. In my today's poutine the sause was almost inexistent in the poutine itself and 5 pieces of chicken. It was not like this before. I will definitely go to a different restaurant from now on.

What happened?? The burgers were cooked on a grill not flame grilled. No taste . These are not the Harvey's burgers we are accustomed to eating. Very disappointed. All the food was luke warm . We won't be back.

The service is friendly and efficient. The food is freshly made for you and those onion rings are pretty good. You get to select your choice of toppings on your sandwich and it doesn’t get more personalized than that! The grilled chicken burger was a decent piece of chicken breast on a multi-grain bun.

It’s a solid location. My only gripes are: - It closes a bit early - They turn the milkshake machines off 1-2 hours before close. But late night is the best time for a shake!
