Harvey’s is my favourite fast food chain. But this? This experience changed it all. Firstly, I felt used and abused, EXTORTED. I might add. My money was used in exchange for a low quality, HORRIBLE slushie. The poutine? Delightful, but when I ordered my favourite blue raspberry slushie, my expectations plummeted to the ground. Slushie? More like artificial slump. It was equivalent to mouthwash from the dentist that everyone would dread. I understand people make mistakes. I come up asking for more ice. They gave me the exact same slushie. The feeling in my gut was alike to respiratory failure due to blow much horrible flavouring.

I want to give a special shoutout to Jaskaran at Harvey’s. Every time I visit, they always provide amazing service—friendly, patient, and always making sure my order is just right. It’s rare to see someone bring so much positivity and professionalism to their work. Jaskaran truly makes the dining experience better and is one of the reasons I keep coming back to Harvey’s.

On Tuesday I arrived for a hamburger around 12:45 in the afternoon. The gentleman who helped me was very rude, I forgot my car keys, I went back to get them and he told me that he was not in charge of my car keys, that I was irresponsible for not putting them in my bag, that because I was on the phone I was not careful, I will not return to that facility. I love hamburgers, but I think I deserve respect from the place. If he is older and does not like his job, he should not be upset by my carelessness or that of any other person. We deserve respect.

Used to go to this location every Sunday after the gym and order the same angus burgers. Last month, the guy who used to grill the burgers took the order and said we could not use the coupon we used before and at every other store. Good thing is there are many Harvey’s in Oakville and there is one closer to our house. Wouldn’t go there again.

I went to this particular harvey at 5.30pm july 4th 2025..they were very welcoming with smiles..Hispanic and asian girl were very good and one man..excellent customer service....

Had lunch Wed, May 21 approx 12:15pm. Appeared to be 4 staff and about 5 to 7 orders placed in the 20 minutes I was there. Approx 14 students came in and sat at 3 tables on side out of sight from staff and were immediately loud, obnoxious and rowdy to the point of tumbling chairs and horseplay . I only noticed 3 of them place food orders and the noise was so loud ( low ceilings) that one adult changed tables to distance himself from them. A staff member did tell them to “cool it “ to no avail. Prior to leaving I asked a male staff member if it was a franchise and he said it was family owned. There was no obvious manager, so I commented to him and the cashier that although I prefer Harvey’s and that location was best for me , this was the 3rd time in 2 months that I experienced the exact same rowdiness by students who were mostly loitering. The staff members were all polite and diligently doing their jobs but that it was very poor for business and I will not be back. The other adult customer looked visibly afraid and ate and left quickly. Clearly there is a need for owner intervention to make it suitable for paying patrons. I would appreciate a reply.
