Found a last minute reservation on a Friday we were excited! This is my second time at Hexagon and it’s always so enjoyable to dine here. Anthony took great care of us yesterday, he gave us great recommendations after telling him that I tried most of the food on the menu and I was feeling something different. He was attentive, friendly, and we bonded over Japan ! Overall great touch by the staff in Hexagon and it feels very human inside the restaurant. Hospitality over food anytime and when you have both it’s wonderful! Will be back again soon!

Disappointed Not sure why they received a Michelin star. But I’ve had better food at restaurants without one. We tried a lot of the menu and nothing was great.. just ok. Also disappointing and slow service. Took 20 minutes to get my drink order and often time we had to repeatedly ask for things.

Our experience at Hexagon was amazing. The service was impeccable, the food was delicious, the table was by the front entrance so it was a little chilly at times and the noise level was a little on the high side. Too bad Hexagon is about to go through a tremendous change.

I don't usually do reviews... this was hands down the best dining experience my wife and I have ever had. Mind you, our first Michelin Starred restaurant outing but from the elegant service, to the delicious food and fair pricing... We will 1000% be back again.
The two-course late lunch prix fixe was a very enjoyable offering. Dining as a party of six allowed us to sample widely across the menu, and each dish stood out for its quality, presentation, and well-executed flavors. The menu delivers strong value and is easy to recommend. While the kitchen clearly performs at a high level, the service does not quite match the standard set by the food. With a bit more polish and consistency, the overall experience would be notably elevated

I came to try this Michelin star restaurant for their tasting menu as I was looking forward for the A5 wagyu but I was informed that menu changes from time to time so I got A3. I was expecting standard since it's a Michelin star. Food is ok but the server did a good service.

I was so excited to try the tasting menu at Hexagon before Chef Rafa's departure. The team knew about my intolerances ahead of time and accommodated everything with ease, customizing my dishes wherever it was needed. Every course was beautifully prepared and tasted incredible! A wonderful experience from start to finish!

The dining experience is also strange with 5 different people serving the 7 dishes. Our waitress Sasha did not check how the food was 4 dishes into the 7-course tasting. Saving grace is that food is excellent. The duck breast is definitely a highlight.
Once settled the check, we had to remind them that there is a checked coat we are waiting for.

We recently visited Hexagon, 4 guests, tasting menu with wine pairing for 3. $1600 including a 25% gratuity. The food was interesting, beautiful and delicious. I found the atmosphere austere, the wait staff was friendly and attentive. However the head chef seemed irritated to have to engage with patrons, the sous chef was even less engaging. The sommelier was robotic and would not engage in questions about the wine pairings. There were also lesser notes such as a chipped serving dish and dropped utensils by wait staff. First world problems no doubt. However when you charge what you charge and you pay for a Michelin star experience one should get the entire experience. It should feel amazing, I can’t say it did. We will try other Michelin star establishments but not Hexagon again.

It was bizarre that we were handed a food menu at the bar even we booked tasting menu. The waitress did not introduce herself for another 10 minutes once seated. The dining experience is also strange with 5 different people serving the 7 dishes. Saving grace is that food is excellent. The duck breast is definitely a highlight. Once settled the check, we had to remind them that there is a checked coat we are waiting for. While food quality is important, I find the service very underwhelming.

The food was beautiful tasteful and original However the wait staff was immature, the head chef irritated having to engage with patrons. The sous chef was even more unfriendly. The sommelier was robotic and missed three attempts to engage with questions about the wine. Lastly there was a dropped utensil and a dish served in a chipped crockery. First world problems for sure, however when you charge what you charge and promise a Michelin experience, please live up to it. That was our third and final time at hexagon. Disappointing. $1600, please make it worth it.
