Hi Yogurt & Yo Poké （Oakville）

Portion issue not enough salmon in the poke bowl a bit stingy on the toppings. Also why no yogurt for drinks... this is their main selling item? So I was a bit confused.
Most likely will not return...

Staff behavior is so unprofessional

I am disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and atmosphere in this facility. My friends and I had to ask for the table to be cleaned so we could sit down. When I asked for a cup of water since I found the food to be spicy, the worker behind the counter took a plastic cup (usually for the yogurt), dropped it in the sink, used it ANYWAY, filled up the cup using a tap that had such a strong jet it was clearly for cleaning where the water was very WARM and served it to me where the outside of the cup was covered in water. I took one sip, it was too warm where my tongue needed cold water. I asked for cold water instead, he used the other version of that tap and the water was still warmer than lukewarm. Honestly, I should have refused such a half-assed effort, that’s totally on me for even trying.

When I needed to use the washroom, the bathroom had a sign saying it was being repaired. I asked to use the employee washroom, alas such a thing does not exist. I asked the other worker how she went to the bathroom here. She told me she never did. She suggested to use the washroom in the sushi place next door. I did not want to pay another time just to use the washroom. Perhaps I never needed to, but I still find such service and accessibility upsetting. I do not understand how there is no other washroom available, but it is a small shop. What if a customer is having an emergency? I am disappointed in this circumstance.

I do not recommend coming here if you want proper service. Perhaps their workers are low effort because management does not pay them enough. I will never know for I will not come back.

I ordered from here, on Uber Eats, and it was delicious. The rice was cooked well, and the ingredients all tasted very fresh. I will order from here again
