All about experience. The food is rather expensive but dinner with a show. The hibachi chef put a smile on all of our faces. Great destination for a birthday.

Wasn’t great. Went a couple years ago and loved it, but my experience this time was much worse. The ladies that host and serve are very kind and helpful, but the experience itself was super lacklustre. Our chef had negative enthusiasm, didn’t care to engage us, and drowned the food in soy sauce. There were 7 people who upgraded the plain rice for chicken friend rice (the upgrade is $4.50 per person, which is not cheap for rice), and the amount of chicken allotted for 7 potions of chicken fried rice was ridiculous. See the photo for reference. It would have been suitable for one persons portion, not divided 7 ways.
I’d rate the food a 6.5/10, honestly just average. You’d 100% be served better food at a normal al la cart restaurant.

I shared a plate of two proteins with my wife as we were on a diet. Turns out that was more than enough. The steak was and salmon were great. I loved the fried ice cream. The server was very friendly and the overall service was good. It is a little bit pricey though.

It's a fun interactive experience for dining. More then the food you enjoy the process of seeing it being made. Your chef can make your experience good or amazing depending on how much they interact with you. We got the steak, chickdn, shrimp and lobster tail. All were good. Better to go with a bigger group so you can get the whole table and have a more personalized experience. They have halal options which was great for us :)

This was my first time here and I was very impressed with the great taste in food, and how professional the chef was! It's amazing how he is able to cook the food to perfection, and serve all the people sitting at the table as well. He was very quick with serving the food, and keeps you entertained!
For apps I had soup and salad. For the main course I had lobster tail, shrimp, scallops, vegetables, and fried rice. I can't remember the name of the drink I had but it was really good!
I would definitely come back here for dinner and try something different!
Parking: There's lots of parking as the restaurant is located in a plaza.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's tables you can sit at and they're well spaced out.

Our last cook , made our steaks so saucy after asking not to that after a previous experience. Also well done when asked for medium . The taste is bad . Cooks are not experienced and trained on the fly .

I recently dined at Hibachi Oakville and had a fantastic experience overall. The food was exceptional, with flavors that truly stood out and made for a memorable meal. The hibachi cooking show added an entertaining touch, making the evening even more enjoyable.
However, there was a minor issue with service. My server accidentally spilled my drink, and unfortunately, it wasn’t replaced or cleaned up promptly. Despite this hiccup, the rest of the experience was so positive that it didn’t overshadow the great food and ambiance.
I’ll definitely return for the foodand lively atmosphere, but I hope for more attentive service next time.

Great place to have dinner enjoying the show the chef makes while cooking your food, for which there are different options to choose from. The service was good and friendly. Note that Teppanyaki tables have only seats each and you will be sharing it with other people if your party isn't ten. In general this is a good place.
