Ordered pepperoni pizza and 20 wings. When I picked up the food it was sitting in front of the door, leaving both the pizza and wings ice cold. Also when I opened the wings (both the dry and saucy) a handful of them were black, it was disgusting and definitely turned us off. Would not recommend this place, for the high prices I'd expect to be served warm, edible food. Save your money

I ordered 2 fan favourites from Pizza Pizza in Oakville at their Lakeshore west and East Steet stet location for pickup. When I arrived, I saw what I thought was their driver at the customer side of the counter with his bag spralled open on the counter top awaiting his order. I looked up at the top of the oven and saw my two pizzas were already cooked and waiting pickup. After about 5 minutes had passed I saw the guys working behind the counter pull his order out of the oven, cut his pizza and load it in his bag. At that moment I saw it wasn’t a pizza pizza driver but a skip the dishes driver. Once he had left it still looked like no one was going to come over to ask if I needed anything. Then one of the guys told another of the guys to serve me. When he approached me, I said seriously!! You made use wait till you cooked his order and loaded his bag while our pizzas were sitting on top of the oven for about 5 minutes? I called pizza pizzas customer service and told them about my experience and got someone who I couldn’t hear very well and asked to speak with a supervisor. While watching, I got disconnected. I then called back to speak to another supervisor. After logging my complaint she didn’t help at all and said my complaint will be filed.

Looked at the photos online looked much better than it tasted. I ordered Cup and Char Pep, bacon and mushrooms.The mushrooms weren’t cooked and the pepperoni was under the cheese, which doesn’t give the signature curl and “char”.Very underwhelming to say the least.

Got 2 pizzas. From the site's photos, I was expecting something like a thin Neapolitan bubbly crust. The actual crust was thicker, softer, and doughier all around. I re-toasted it at home because I prefer crispier crust.Holy Moly: liked the cup pepperoni. The tomato sauce didn't taste like much. Could have used some seasoning on top.Jumong's Catch: VERY salty. The ingredients mention gochujang sauce, but I could only taste something like bulgogi or teriyaki. The chicken was also in salty sauce, so the combination was overwhelming.The cheese didn't melt well with the sauce, and stayed as lumps suspended in sauce even when reheated.I would like this pizza more if the base was similar to a regular tomato sauce (less salty), and an actual red gochujang drizzle on top.

This place is a 5/5. Everything about it is fantastic.The cup'n'char pep is killer, plenty of cheese as well. The Pineapple pizza has legit pineapple you can taste, is covered in ham and bacon and also has a good amount of cheese.The dough is nice and thin, good semolina on the bottom, great bubbles in the crust.Chicken tenders are juicy and have a great coating.The sauces are huge.

The Skip driver & myself commented on how good it smelled at the door. Pizza was really solid! Really good sauce, cheese & crust. My only critique is the tiny cup pepperoni had a bit of a gamey smell, unless they were crispy, then they were really good.8.75/10

Vey Bad Supervisor of Pizza Pizza. Last night in Oakville locations at 1500 Upper Middle W Rd at Third line and Upper Middle W rd., at 1:20 am as walking we bought an extra large pizza with four toppings. When we got home there is only three toppings. I called the customer service. The customer service told us go back to the store and drop the old one and got new pizza or $2 credit. I said it's almost 2 am and if I go and come back it will take 15-20 minutes after 15 minutes. After that they connect me with the supervisor and after 5 minutes he gave us $2 credit for next order. After that the store called us that they put one of the topping under the cheese. I am attaching a photo of the pizza which is there is no fourth topping. However, I understand the mistake can be happened especially the pizza makers are busy or they have a tough day, but the customer service and their supervisor to deal with a such situation is very far away from the Canadian customer service style that usually we know it. Pizza Pizza has to react otherwise will loose a customer like me which I have been buying a pizza form this location for almost 12 years and my credit cards shows that how this statement is very true.

It’s OK.. sounds better than it tastes. The crust was crispy but the flavours were ‘been there had that.’ We ordered the Great. I’ll try a different one next time but I was hoping for better.

I was fortunate to be able to try holy pizza oakville at a Retro Metro drive in.
I was amazed of all the different kinds of pizzas they have to offer. But I was drooling over their pizza. I couldn’t get enough!!
The best part was these young men delivered our pizza right to the car!
I cannot wait to try their pizza again when I’m in town :)

Although the crust was good as everyone has stated. The order we received was over 30 mins late - ordered placed at 5:38pm, arrival time was to be 6:38pm, actual delivery time was 7:15pm after a follow up call. Both pizzas had wrong toppings. Almost Vegan, specifying No Onions had onions all over the pizza. Portobello Mushroom was to be added (which they charged for) on the Holy Pepperoni - it was delivered without mushrooms.
We called to notify them as soon as the pizzas were delivered. The manager was out on delivery and not available. We were told we would be getting a full refund but we did not receive a response from them.
Needless to say it was an absolute disappointment after all the reviews and promotions. We will not be ordering from them again.

I put on an order. Waited almost an hr. The delivery guys comes. He buzzes my apartment, I answered. I’m waiting. I call the store, they said he was here, no one answered and he left to do another delivery. I told them to cancel the order. I am so disgusting with this store. 1011 Uppermiddle. Won’t be calling them ever again.
