Terrible service, they rush you sending your order, they want you in and out of the restaurant as fast as they can, was sitting at a table with friends and some lady was was watching every move we made felt very uncomfortable. We selected our items put the iPad down and she ran up to the table trying to send the order. Try a different place with a less rushing staff.

spicy scallops was not fresh and had a stinky taste to it, shrimp tempura was still raw, grill mussels was not fresh, beef cubes tasted like leftovers. i told the manager, he then tells me i couldn't finish it all so i made up excuses.....i wasn't even half full. Trash place, never coming back again, worst in mississauga.

K&B what happened to you? your sister restaurant on Queensway is so much better. This location sushi was not fresh and the servers look like they didn't want to be there. They were not friendly, no smile and they rudely toss the food on the table . Washrooms did not look cleaned and sanitized and the sinks were dirty. So I would hate to see what the kitchen looks like. We will not be returning

Great sushi and lots of options to choose from in both lunch and dinner menus. Clean environment, washrooms well maintained, and staff are kind and welcoming. The quality of sushi and appetizers are great however some items can be heavily breaded.

We initially planned to have a full meal together, but the service was so bad that we ended up only ordering food for the kids and decided not to order anything for ourselves. The service was terrible , even the waiters were talking with their mouths full, which felt very unprofessional. Respect for customers clearly didn’t mean much to them. On top of that, they told us we had to leave a 15% tip, which should never be forced. I will never set foot in this place again and definitely do not recommend it.
