The customer service is great at this location. Me and my friend just past by this evening, (my friend got soft serve dipped in Milk Chocolate and I got soft serve dipped in Key Lime) and the person helping us was great, the atmosphere was nice and very clean. The person helping us also gave us his recommendations, and was perfect at small talk, defiantly recommend coming to this location!!

I visited this place for the second time. First time I wasn’t too impressed neither with customer service nor the taste of my donut but I thought on giving them a second chance since Maverick’s Donuts and Black Forest were closed.I did try to get a slice of cheesecake, when I tapped with my phone I felt the buzz from when a payment goes thru so I said thank you and left (my mistake not checking on the payment and assuming I had paid). Payment ended up not going thru and the person working chased me all the way to the bench I was sat and about to have my cheesecake and I was told in a not very polite way that I left without paying like if I tried to steal a cheesecake slice. So I came back and tried to pay again with my phone because unfortunately I didn’t bring my wallet. I couldn’t so I had to leave the cheesecake there with a truly disappointing feeling.This was something that can happen and is okay I don’t mean I should have got a free product but what changes the situation is that the guy was the entire time on a video call on his phone close to the side table otherwise we could have avoided this pathetic situation. Based on my experience twice there I’d say taste is whatever only have had a donut but regarding customer service there is definitely room for improvement.And please don’t even take the time to copy and paste your standard “reply” for all bad google reviews, I am no emailing you simply never stepping there again.

We ordered the chefs special on Uber Eats, it was a special and they pick two slices of cake. One slice was hard and stale, its disturbing that a restaurant would keep something that old and the other slice of cake was frozen solid.
