Customer service is awful as I ordered food first and a guy who orders after me got his order before me. Secondly I ordered the chicken on the sticks and the next morning I had awful stomach pain and diarrhea. I would recommend going to another location.

Cashier was clearly an immigrant and English was not their 1st language as it was hard to communicate with them it was a young Indian girl. It didn’t seem like she knew the menu herself and couldn’t even do a refund.

Last time I got lazeez I got really sick but thought I would give it a second chance… I got a chicken shawarma. Now my first bite into it was actually pretty decent. As I’m taking my second bite I feel something pulling from the chicken and my mouth at first I thought it was a hair, accept it was a very long piece of thin plastic. I immediately threw my shawarma out. Will never have it ever again.

Yo the food is bangin but bro I think if you get it in the night you always have to go to the washroom to do a number 2 and sometimes when you bite a lot of meat you might get a bad piece in there

I always get lazeez and from this location very often as well. Service was horrible the man making my order had so much aggression in everything he was saying. I even said I would pay for whatever extra I am adding to my wrap, and he started complaining about it spilling, which would be understandable if I had gotten this for the first time and others workers said the same.
