Stay away from this place! There was no service, and they took 40 minutes to prepare the food. I’ve never experienced such a long wait in a restaurant—especially when my family was only there.

My order took 50 minutes at 4 PM. They started running all the equipment, including the oak grill, and the smell of burning oak oil was everywhere. Definitely not a place I’d return to. 🥵

Went there for lunch today, everything was great until, the older gentleman cutting/preparing the chicken, pulled up a lawn chair under one of the stove vents and started SMOKING INDOORS. I couldn't believe it. None of his staff said anything to him so I didn't but filed a complaint. He was smoking under the range hood/vent so there was no smell but no mistake at all, he sat there, smoked a full cigarette then went back to cutting the meat. This was at 12:30-12:45 on a Monday, and he didn't think twice or even try to hide it. I'm assuming it's not his first time.

Very expensive

They have amazing food but their service is terrible. On their website and door sign they mention 10 till 7 but I was outside their restaurant from 4:30 till 5:05 in the cold weather and nobody cared to open the door. Someone was sitting inside and decided to ignore and don't had the courtsey to come at the door and respond.
Sometimes they are open at 4 in the evening.

The food is absolutely delicious. This place does not cover up a lack of flavour with too much sauce like many other places in Oakville. We tried the chicken and beef shawarma, shish taouk, tabbouleh, hummus, chicken shawarma wraps and the chili sauce. All outstanding!

Had falafel salad bowl for lunch.it was great. Fresh greens and crispy falafel. Loved the sauces added to the bowl especially creamy tahini. This is close to my work place so I will be coming more often. Happy to have found this.

I buy lamp cups This is the worst roast beef I have ever eaten in my life. This is not the place to eat meat. Their meat is of indescribably poor quality.
