Every single time I order online on their website they always make the wrong pizza or give me something completely different from what I order. First time I got the wrong order delivered to my house they made me drive to the location to fix my order. Second time I order for pickup they made me wait very long time to give me the right order. Have not had a good experience ordering at this location. Employees do not even acknowledge their mistakes or apologize.

Last week, i order pepproni pizza and deep dish , the guy working there harshprit is so polite and he said me to wait 10 min but he made my order very fast before 10 min and order is perfectly cooked. I love the pizza. I recommend you to visit this LC.
Store was dirty and disorganized. Bought a Hawaiian and Cdn deep dish. Pineapple tasted awful and was white, deep dish was undercooked and dough was still raw. Used to be a bargain and great product, obviously gone downhill. Don't recommend.

I placed an order on uber eats after it still saying preparing for an hour I changed it to a pick up order because it was taking long so I assumed it was just an issue looking for a driver. I get to the store and there’s about 4 other people waiting talking to the man behind the counter. He is lost and confused. A man came in saying he was missing something in his order and the worker said “You never ordered it.” I got to the counter and told the worker i’m picking up an order and he tells me his system is down and then proceeds to say “Let me check”. After all of that he tells me I need to wait another 5-7 minutes. No compensation or apologies. After coming back to get my food I asked for my dipping sauce that was apart of my order and he told me he said to “Look it up in the system” that was down. Not to mention I had now been waiting about an hour for my food. Like okay “Hot n Ready”.
