Counter attendant was quite disrespectful. After patiently waiting for a while on my order, I asked him how long it’s going to take for the pizza to be ready, and after saying “what?!” a few times (probably couldn’t hear because he had earbuds in whilst working which Ive never seen before from a cashier) he replies in a rude tone, “you’re asking too many questions, I already said 5 minutes, just wait!”, even though I didn’t previously ask how long it would take whilst I was seated there. I wonder if the hiring manager here looks to see if their employees are professional or not. Wasn’t wearing a nametag but there’s a photo of him for identification purposes.

I ordered a pizza for delivery a month ago, they sent the wrong pizza. For some reason, delivery orders are paid to little Caesar’s but fulfilled by door dash, so I had to use door dash customer service. I sent them a picture of the pizza that clearly showed it wasn’t what I had ordered. They said they reimbursed little Caesar’s for the delivery fees and said little Caesar’s would reimburse me within 10 days. No reimbursement after 10days, so called customer service again. They said sorry, will escalate and get reimbursement in 10days. Still no reimbursement. I would avoid delivery service from this location, they’ll send you whatever and then you’re stuck with it.

I hope the owner or manager can see this review. I ordered on April 11 6:40pm and spoke to the same young man who I have ordered from before (once with friend and once for work). The young man is super professional and whenever I got my order from him the food tastes so good and makes me think this brand is the best in the business. Amazing service and amazing quality. Who you hire can make or break your business and this is top example of an excellent employee who make the product shine better than what I see online. I love the in store specials and will be a loyal customer! I got crazy puffs for the first time and it's crazy good. I also got a carry out of the walk in special medium pizza stuffed crust.

It was my first time at this location and it was ok, I'm not a big fan of ready made pizza but this time it was ok and tasted just fine, the pizza was warm and airy with the proper amount of toppings. The drink was cold and so was the dipping sauce which I liked, it was clean and organized. I still like my pizza hot out of the oven but if on the run and no time to wait I do like the grab and go service because it took me like 3 minutes to order and check out. I will try something else if I ever pass by here again and give an update on how it went.

I was in this store at 11:30 am and order stuffed crusty and even when I made a mistake in time of order he was nice enough to politely correct order. I order every week in past 2 month and they may misunderstand order or customer like me make mistakes but they are kind to fix it. I give 5 star for everything. It’s clean, kind service and well cooked. Thank you for staff working today on February second 2025 at 11:30 am for kind and smart action
