disappointment with the quality of my recent order. The Crazy Bread I received was noticeably overcooked and dry, lacking the signature butter and Parmesan seasoning that usually makes it enjoyable. Additionally, the side of marinara sauce I ordered was only about a quarter full, which made it difficult to enjoy with the meal.
I’ve always appreciated Little Caesars for offering affordable, consistent pizza, but the quality seems to have declined significantly compared to past experiences. It’s becoming harder to justify the rising prices when the food no longer meets the standard that customers have come to expect.
I hope you’ll take this feedback into consideration and address these quality control issues.

Pizza was cold and raw, it seemed to be that the dough did not rise, it was very small in the box. I will never order from them again. When I called the store, they were not willing to rectify the problem. No customer service, Indian lady on the phone was rude and unprofessional.

Where pizza goes to die. I went here at 6:30 pm thinking it was dinnertime and would be a good time to get pizza. All of the racks of ready-made pizzas were empty. Eventually an employee appeared. He produced a box. In it was a cold dry cardboard disc with something resembling cheese on it. It all went in the garbage. The suburbs are awful.
