I was very well served by Camila and had a delicious, generously filled and warm sandwich. The Pastel de Belém was delightful. I come back whenever I can.

Quant & low-key bakery in Oakville. Best Portuguese tart that I’ve ever had!

Tarts have Crisp shells with smooth filling. Espresso was just right. Fair price. Thx for the late service.

Came here for breakfast on a Sunday and was absolutely blown away! My daughter and I both had a latte (Galao) and a ham and cheese sandwich (Misto) which were both incredible. The bread in the sandwich particularly stood out and we left with a bag of half dozen loaves! We also couldn’t resist getting the Portuguese tarts that had just come out of the oven, and oh man were they good!! (The best we have had in Canada) The service felt very welcoming, with one of the owners stopping to greet and get to know all of the customers. You can tell they love what they do, and I can’t wait to come back!

What a disappointment. You can't even compare these new owners to the old ones. Waited 10 minutes to get served! Buns are smaller, natas are ok and the Pao com chouriço was a day old! I threw it out. I've been coming to this bakery since I was a teenager and my heart is broken with what's happened to this place.

I have been a long time customer and the customer service of the new owner was atrocious. I had ordered 2 dozen natas the day before from Gabriel, to ensure I could get my order by 4 pm. I had my doubts on the phone....and it was with good reason. I walked in and Gabriel questioned me....'What pick up?' The order I placed for 4 pm today. 'For what?' 2 dozen natas. He proceeds to put what he had in a box, then said, 'I only have 18.' That's why I called ahead, so you would have 24 ready for me!! 'I can give you a discount.' So what happened to my order??!!!! No apology either. I had no other choice but to take the discount, as I needed them. He made a very bad first impression on me and it is obvious he does not feel customer service is important. Well it certainly is to me and to top it all off....he could not even COUNT either!!!!! ?? He only gave me 17!!! ?

Paid 2.50 for an apple turnover today . It was older than me . Threw it in the garbage. I've been a customer for years . So much for customer appreciation.

Fantastic little hole in the wall in Kerr Village. Modestly priced for both the Cafe and deli. Excellent service, delicious homemade bread and sweets, and coffee that's better than Tim Hortons. They also serve beer and have a patio area. Definitely recommend you try this spot over the other cafes along kerr st.

Everything in here is extraordinary. When I visit my family from out of town, always asks me to bring the buns from here. I went to famous bakery in Portugal, Pastéis de Belém, and the custard tarts here taste even better than in Portugal! The staff, food and coffee here is phenomenal!
