Please update your hours. Your google hours shows closing time at 9pm. I got the store at 854pm and was told by two female , one standing in the middle of the store outside the counter and one standing inside the counter , that the store is closed at 854PM. If your employee can’t serve the customer 6 minutes before the posted closing time, then update the closing to 854 instead of 9pm.

The ice cream is super sweet, and you get a sugar rush right away! The environment is pretty average, nothing special. One big downside is that there’s no pricing or information on the menus, so you might end up spending a lot for just a simple ice cream.

I recently visited Marble Slab Creamery for the first time and was taken aback by their ice cream weighing policy. I ordered a serving of ice cream, but noticed that one of our orders seemed to be overweight, as some ice cream was placed back into the tub. This level of precision felt like an unnecessary and frustrating attempt at nickel-and-diming customers. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning.

i got the taro ice cream in a waffle cone, and i didn’t even know that was a flavour here. it was really good and the cone was fresh. it started dripping out the end of the cone after a while, though, since the bottom wasn’t closed all the way. it got messy towards the end, so i would’ve loved if the cone could contain the melted ice cream

Visited this morning with my son for our first time and had a great experience. Before visiting, I called the store to order an ice cream cake. Anastasia provided excellent service and recommendations. We also purchased two ice creams, both delicious and made very quick, unlike what many of the reviews describe. I recommend the cookie butter ice cream.
Kid-friendliness: Very patient and friendly with kids. Lots of kid-friendly options.

Unfortunately when I walked into your store this evening, I was immediately greeted with the rolling of the eyes by your 2 staff members. I am in the food service industry - I get it. It's late and they are getting ready for close. However what is not acceptable is not having your staff properly trained in handling flys in the ice cream/ condiments section behind the plexiglass . I appreciate the environment- with your guests opening and closing the front door - so flys are inevitable. However please do take a moment to train your team the health and safety protocols in your service offering. Having flys swarming around your expensive products is simply not acceptable.
The lady was constantly looking at the door or other customers. Was not interested in our order at all. Was keep asking what we said earlier. Left without Ice cream. Worst service

I went in for two scoops of icecream today for the first time. There was this chubby white guy serving me the cone. The whole first scoop was completely melted and when I confronted him for that, he told me its supposed to be like that. I might be trying this brand’s icecream for the first time but im damn sure icream is not served as a milk. GET YOUR TEMPERATURES RIGHT!
