Very disappointing. Definitely not up to marble slab experience. Would not recommend this location. Ice cream was melty and cone was soggy, as though not properly stored. We got 3 cones and all 3 were sub par. I expected a lot better.

Here i bought 1 liter ice cream and here I mate Karim and abad he was making fantastic ice-cream.

Absolutely loved my visit to Marble Slab Creamery! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the ice cream was delicious — so creamy and full of flavor. They had great options to choose from and mixed in my favorite toppings perfectly. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a sweet treat.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. Ordered two kid-sized portions for my children, but one was significantly smaller than usual. When I pointed this out, the staff dismissed my concern, saying, “This is what it is,” with no attempt to fix it. I also noticed another employee compacting the second portion, seemingly to avoid confrontation. The staff, who appeared young and untrained, showed no regard for customer service. This inconsistency and poor attitude ensure I won’t be returning. Management needs to address portion consistency and staff training
