Mary Browns as an organization is absolutely fantastic.... This particular location, however, is horrific... Between the untrained and unprofessional staff and the obnoxious owner. This location.is definitely not a flagship location by any means. I believe Mary Brown should take a closer look at who they issue out franchised, to, they definitely want to upkeep.and maintain protocols and standards at every location. This location will single handedly tarnish the reputation Mary brown has so diligently fought to establish and maintain. It is so unfortunate for Oakville residents. But there is a location on dundas just east of Winston Churchill if you still crave Mary Brown delicious chicken please do not support this particular location. I will be reposting additional reviews in the future in order to share/capture my full experience. Absolutely 0 stars out of 5

It is amazing the meals are never disappointing I order at least once a month my favorite restaurant I don’t usually order anywhere else the quality of the chicken is the best the taters are great and the coleslaw brings it all together with amazing food!

Had difficulty getting service as all the staff were busy on their cell phones. Was made to feel badly for interrupting them. Food is mediocre...better service, would equal a better review.
