terrible customer service wouldn’t replace my burger after it taste like they spit in it. burger came to me smashed aswell. I don’t recommend coming to this location to anyone.

they DID NOT GIVE ME TOYS in my happy meal. they gave me cards which not one kid could would play with. My kids are crying now, hope your all happy.

The worst location on earth. Placed an order today through Uber eats. All the order came wrong. Called the store after I sent a complaint on Uber Eats, the store manager tried to blame Uber eats when I called him to let him know however he tried to deny that it's the store's error and never took ownership during the call for the error. I had to tell him closed ended questions like who seals the bags, staple the receipts on the bags and at the end he acknowledged the error and told me because I ordered through Uber Eats they have to sort it out and make a refund.
His staff seems busy chatting and doesn't care about reviewing the order before sealing the bags and attaching the receipt.
Another incident in the drive-thru where no straws were given with the cold coffee and one regular coffee instead of a decafe was given in the same order.
Another day ordered 2 sandwiches only and I was asked to park to wait outside the drive-thru and when I refused the girl said ok ok and I was given the sandwichs. I am always impressed with other locations not like a store that it seems that it's a family business. Shouldn't be having a Mcdonald's logo.
Forgot to mention that on top of that, I was handed the ice cream by hand not in a plastic stand.

Second time in 2 weeks, we noticed they touch patties, lettuce and buns without wearing gloves. What an unpleasant surprise to know they do not maintain minimum level of hygiene !!

I ordered a wrap for this place,when I took a bit of it it tasted bitter, then I took a look at it. The chicken is totally overcooked and carbonized on the surface, feels very bad about it

I'm curious.. if someone could answer my question. While waiting for my order I was watching the staff prepare the different orders. NOT one person who were handling and preparing food were wearing disposable gloves? The one staff memeber was taking the buns placing it on counter, and started making a burger.. with no gloves? The guy beside him was taking chicken nuggets out of the warmer with a spatula but, when one would fall onto the counter he too picked them up with his bare hands and put back in container. I noticed when adding the cheese and pickles it was their bare hands again?? This was all Very disturbing to say the least. I ended up leaving with my order and gave my lunch to teenage kids outside. I really lost my appetite. Is this the new normal.. prepping food with no gloves now?
