I got a cheeseburger here an its extremely oily today. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Today I visited this McDonald’s location with my 5-year-old son. We ordered a Happy Meal that comes with the Mr. Grinch Christmas tree ornament series. The toy we received was the red ornament with Max on it.

Next to the counter, there was a Christmas tree displaying several ornaments from the same series, including the Mr. Grinch one (the other option in the set). My son really liked the Mr. Grinch, so I politely asked the manager if it would be possible to swap the one we received with the one on display.

The manager looked at me in a very dismissive way and replied with a single word: “No.” No explanation, no courtesy, no attempt to be kind—especially considering I was asking on behalf of a young child.

I understand that policies exist, and I would have accepted a refusal. However, the attitude and lack of basic customer service were disappointing and unnecessary. A simple, respectful explanation would have made a big difference.

I just ordered 1 spicy Mccrispy and 2 spicy B-d1x mccrisp, but when we are back home, found there only were 3 spicy mccrispy, and this is not my first time to have this happened , they just missed this or that, I need to check when taking out, but now items number are right, but it's not I ordered, worse services. Never back to MacDonald, no matter which store, all same, always make wrong. Who will drive back to change for these, but it's just make annoying when often happen.

This location is a the McDonald's that go to regularly. First because it's the closest. Second the staff knows me and makes my special order perfect every time. The restaurant is clean and modern and well looked after. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and polite. My only issue with this location is that they DO NOT offer soft drink refills for free. This seems like a step back in time and something that almost every restaurant offers.

Ole the manager at night is extremely rude to his employees. What a horrible person.
The owner is a wonderful lady and I really hope she doesn't allow her employees to be treated like trash

The Dorval locations is one of the better ones. The MC App needs to be refined. The GUI is not intuitive and customer friendly. I always need a staff member to show me how to use the points. Points should not have an expiry date

Stopped in for a quick bite and the service was fast and organized. The restaurant was clean, drive-thru moved smoothly, and the order came out fresh and correct. Consistent and reliable for a quick stop.

I went to get a missing item from my order and I was given the wrong sandwich. They look as if they don’t want to be there.. just horrible attitude and customer service.

Eventhough their pictures show playground to kids but they do not have. Also there is no refills for drinks like other MacDonald places.
