Went through the Drive Thru at night after placing a mobile order. Was asked to do a lap around the drive thru again since the order wasn’t ready. When I raised a concern about that practice and the fact I’d have to wait for everyone else again the girl rolled her eyes and slammed the window.

What happened to Customer Service.

An issue with mobile app order; they took payment, said it was declined, and didn't give me my order... Had to file a charge back on my card to get a refund. Definitely not acceptable.

I’m a crash truck driver and drive with a crew doing work on highways. When we stop at either a Tim Hortons or a McDonald’s we usually get served on foot at the window (no way would our trucks make it thru the drive thru) our group has never had a problem at this location before until tonight when a very rude employee the came from a van parked next to the restaurant informed us that as per their policy they could not serve us on foot at the window. I explained that we’ve been here many times before and never had an issue. As I was speaking he said “have a nice day” and closes the window and walked away before I could finish speaking. Fyi the employee when walking away from
His van to go into the restaurant stunk of marijuana. The employee was very rude and didn’t care that I couldn’t bring a very large truck thru drive thru. He basically said go ahead and try to bring the truck thru.

DONT DINE HERE. Very incompetent staff, including management. Especially the night manager, should be re trained and maybe re attend second grade. Travel the extra few KM and go elsewhere, long wait times, disfuncional staff, wrong orders, uncooked meals.

They told us the transaction didn't go through with no declined receipt and charged us twice for the order at the drive-thru, even after we showed proof of the credit card transaction... and assured us we wouldn't be charged twice, but we still were ... now wasting us 3x the effort trying to prove it and get our money back. Can the management team please provide proper training to the staff on how to use the technology correctly?

I only received fries, nuggets, and drinks after paying for two Grinch meals. I got it because I thought I would get socks, but no. They ran out of the grinch box, so I was okay with them using the paper bag, but really? Also the socks? could've have been stated right away from the start. And rude cashiers to btw at the drive thru.

I visited the McDonalds on Neyagawa and Dundas with my mom on Saturday morning and our food was served by the most wonderful and funny Manager, Lisa. Our food was nice and hot and she served us with a smile and many jokes! She was fabulous!!! Thanks Lisa and yes the lady with me was my Mother LOL!

I went to the restaurant. I am Uber Driver on date 12 December 2024 time near about 1215. The lady who was working at the window was so rude to me. It was a lineup in the drive thru , so I have to put Auto not ready to let the customer knowthat I am reached at location, but food is not ready yet, and she behaved very rude with me, that why I did that, and she make very aggressive expressions.

Always check your order before you leave this place.
Ordered a McGriddle meal with 2 hash browns before 11 am today and they took my order and handed me my order with 2 fries instead of hash browns.

Lucky I noticed as they didn't even inform me. And when I asked them why, the store assistant said, well we ran out of hash browns and so we put fries instead. What shocked me was that they didn't even tell me about this transaction adjustment and tried to sneak it in. Which I found unprofessional. So I had to let them know that I wanted my hash browns as this is what was on my order. Very upsetting to see practices like this at a restaurant.
