I would like to share my recent experience in this specific store. I ordered a few take out combo with my wife tonight. When we get home to check our food, missing mcChicken, missing the nuggets, also two fries with no salt, and they put salt into them. I usually do not complaint, and in fact this is not the first time, I do want to speak out, and bring this to everyone attention, this shop is definitely lack of management. It also ruin my day, because I have to come back and forth just get my nuggets and burger. While it was going to be an enjoyable evening, the stuff work there has no attention in check the list. When I went back to the shop, no apologies, refuse to provide the store number, name. They want to give me a free pipe, and I refused. This is not how to solve the problem. It really make me a bad day :(

Great experience at this McDonald’s. The food was fresh and served quickly, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and well organized, which made the visit even better. Overall, very good service and quality for a fast food spot. I would definitely come back again.

Why do people go to get fast food? Because it’s fast! Not this location. I went into the EMPTY drive thru the other day at 1:04pm I got to the speaker and I said “hello how are you, can I please have a junior chicken no mayo, add Mac sauce, add pickles. (PAUSE) with a poutine on the side, and a small coke no ice” I spoke clearly and politely. I was met with “WHAT DID YOU SAY, JUNIOR CHICKEN ANYTHING ELSE” I had to repeat my order again while being interrupted after ever single word I was saying for this woman to ask me what I was gonna tell her. I was gonna say poutine on the side but she cuts me off rudely to say “MEDUIM FRY” the ignorance is REAL. I also ordered two sauces. I got up to the window waited to pay then got my food and I was MIND BLOWN how horrible this order was. Junior chicken had mayo, poutine had a suspiciously revengeful amount of gravy, coke had ice, no straw, no sauce, no fork. By the time I had to go inside and ask for all this stuff I didn’t leave until about 1:37 pm. Makes sense why this locations reviews are so low. Stop hiring ignorant people, stop hiring childish people, train your staff

Took 20 minutes to order asked for EXTRA ketchup and 6 piece chicken nuggets and ended up with NO KETCHUP WHATSOEVER AND 4 CHICKEN NUGGETS. I miss my ketchup Thats never existed
If I could rate this mcdonald’s lower I would. Worst Mcdonald’s in all of oakville. It’s been countless of times where I have waited over 10 minutes for a junior chicken combo. Today was my final straw when they gave my food away to someone else on mistake and I had to wait parked for over 20 minutes waiting for once again a junior chicken combo while everyone else in the drive thru got their food. The ticket times may seem good to corporate but I would love to see the waiting time once you tell your customers to pull into a driving spot. Constantly disappointed.

I’ve noticed some really disappointing behaviour at the McDonald’s on Dundas in Rio Centre. While fast food can be hectic, it shouldn’t come at the cost of basic respect — especially for the young employees working there.
It seems like there’s a pattern of poor treatment and lack of support from management. Some customers have mentioned staff being rude or unfriendly, with employees chatting instead of helping in busy lines, and little effort to step up when things go wrong. There are even stories where workers seemed to mock customers or dismiss concerns instead of offering solid service — which makes you wonder how much support these young workers are actually getting on shift.

Whole reason I buy a SPICY McVeggie is for that spicy habanero sauce, I think thats why McD charges extra for the SPICY version. Instead i get mayo 🤦♂️ seriously?
