Every single time whether it is busy or not without failure ! I am told to park off to the side and the food will be right out, 10 to 15 min later it’s out, I try to come on my breaks , fast food doesn’t exist here!

The worst drive through ever i waited 30 minutes for my coffee just now، because one car decided to order a big order with no respect to other cars waiting and she refused to go on the waiting parking and the staff didn't do anything till the cars behind started to yell at the car, the manager need to solve this problem its not the first time but every time, and sorry for the girl at the window she got all the yelling at her 😐

This store does not have any good staff at all, McDonald's corporate should really fire everyone here. How hard is it to listen to your customers.. 2 sausage McMuffin meals was too hard to listen to... Has to repeat myself a few times, finally got it right on the order screen through drive through, but the morons inside still managed to screw up and give us an egg McMuffin and a ham McMuffin .. fire the whole staff and start over because this location is the worst.

The location at 2510 Hampshire Gate, Oakville, ON L6H 6A2 is filthiest McDonald I have visited. Washroom is so dirty that if you visit before you order food then forgot about order and leave. People have spilled fountain drinks on floor and the staff will not care cleaning it. Above all staff is busy discussing their stories loudly and people standing in line were shaking their heads in disbelief. Lastly, I know it is cold outside but you can notice 3 - 5 tables occupied by homeless people with their huge stuff. I can't believe that McDonald can let the location go to disgust.
