This location has never once got any of my orders correct. Very frustrating when you are already in a rush.
Also, why are you so stingy with your ketchup packets? Quit acting like it comes out of your wage.

Amazing options
Very slow and inefficient drive through service. Extremely confused and slow. This has to be the slowest drive through ever. Never been to such a slow drive though ever at any other location. I work close by and it’s getting worse every time. From now on I will visit Burger King which is also close by.Pathetic management at this location.
This McDonald’s never ceases to amaze me with how poor the workers are at their job, quite literally every time I’ve been there in the last year they have forgotten at least 1 item on each of my orders, today an entire Big Mac, not sure how you miss that, anyways go somewhere else cause this team sucks everytime

Sarab and charan are very nice. Charan went above and beyond and provided excellent cx service. Both were very kind and friendly with my small kid.

My wife and I were at this location this morning at around 10:15am. We approach the counter to order. Associate was rude. Submitted a breakfast coupon for 2 can dine. My wife order her sandwich and coffee. I order my selection. Advised that I could not order a sandwich with bagel. Changed it to an English muffin. Advised charge would be over $17. I said it was wrong. Associate advised I could not order with English Muffin. I told him him he was incompetent, as that was what my wife had ordered, and left the store. Completely unacceptable behaviour, and incompetence. Maybe McDonalds should rethink their Canadian presence. We’ll go to Harvey’s next time. We left without any food.

I went with my kids the place is clean and the staff are lovely and professional
This location is unsanitary due to poorly trained employees. I witnessed staff handling food with bare hands, including touching fries and putting food back after it fell. When concerns were raised, staff were rude and unprofessional. Very concerning food safety experience.

Very disappointing and concerning experience. I specifically asked for fresh fries and was given old fries instead. When I brought this up, a supervisor who refused to give his name insisted they were fresh, touched the fries with his bare hand, and told me to try them. I refused and asked again for fresh fries, but was met with attitude and rudeness.
He then slammed our food around and proceeded to take all of the food we had already paid for, refusing to return it even after being asked.
This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with this same person touching food. On a previous visit, I saw a fry fall out of the container and he picked it up with his bare hand and put it back. This behavior is extremely unsanitary, unprofessional, and unacceptable, especially for a food establishment.
This experience was upsetting and raises serious concerns about food safety and staff conduct. I will not be returning unless this is properly addressed.

Extremely poor quality food, absolutely worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Got 2-can-dine Quarter Pounders, both were evidently day old and the bun tasted a bit stale. The burger itself was cold, and they did not give any extra ingredients we asked for. Fries were also cold and disappointing.
Now for the Happy Meal, thankfully the nuggets were okay, but they forgot the sauces. They didn't have any books either, so that was disappointing.
Next, the facilities were dirty, no staff is actively cleaning or refilling anything. Ketchup area was a mess, and no napkins in self-serve area. They also didn't give us any napkins in our take out bag. Washrooms were gross.
Lastly, the customer service the bad. My coffee was out of my reach, and the young man behind the counter didn't make any attempt to help me. Thankfully the general manager was mor accommodating.
Overall, not a true McDonalds experience. I would avoid this location and take your business elsewhere. Seems like they're cutting corners everywhere.
I would like to point out, it's been many years since I been to this location. Previously, before the renos and change in management, it was a stellar experience. So this review is for my most recent experience after the changeover.

For more than twenty years, as far as I know, McDonald’s used to place its fountain drinks outside the counter so customers could serve themselves. This saved costs and was also convenient for customers.
However, in recent years, they decided to move the drinks behind the counter, and customers are no longer allowed to serve themselves. What is the reason McDonald’s is willing to increase its operating costs to remove a service that had existed for decades? What happened in recent years ?
Today , I ordered tea , but they didn’t put in the tea bag ! Asked why they said sorry they forgot , and they give me tea bag asked me to add by myself !

This McDonald’s almost gets the order wrong every time—for example, missing fries, not following special instructions, or serving a Big Mac instead of a Double Big Mac.
