I ordered a mc chicken and as I was leaving to go back to school, a worker in the back came up to me and said he came in my mc chicken, His nametag said esmail, 1 star service atmosphere was creepy, and the food was good before I found out about what he did.😡😡

I’ve had the same uncomfortable experience at this drive-thru more than 10 times now. There is a woman who appears to be the manager who becomes visibly annoyed every time we pay with cash. She repeatedly insists on card only, even though cash is accepted and there is no sign posted stating otherwise.

Paying with cash should not result in attitude or frustration toward customers. The interaction feels unwelcoming and unnecessary, especially since this happens every single visit.

Customer service should be respectful regardless of payment method. I hope management addresses this, because it takes away from what should be a quick and pleasant experience. SHES ALWAYS ON DRIVE THRU also forgot to say its like she got mad made us wait in the front over 17 mins for 2 mc double combo and no one was at drive thru

Not sure what's the point of a drive thru when you have to go park your car and wait 5 minutes.

An older restaurant, but good for a quick lunch. I woukd like to see a McDonalds cafe at the Smart Centres South Oakvile Mall. There is a cafe space just waiting at the South doors.( near the bus area)

SLOWEST SERVICE out of all the McD’s I’ve been to!!!

If you want fast food, do not I repeat do not go to this location. There is nothing fast about this place. 25 minutes in the parking lot waiting for chicken nuggets and a kids happy meal. Shameful

This is a very bad store, with no service or hygiene. The reception attitude at the Indian front desk is very poor, and I made a mistake with all the food I ordered. I will not visit again!

We have been frequent customers of this store, but recently we are very disappointed with the decline in its environment and service. The receptionist at the front desk has been consistently cold and unwelcoming. In addition, although there are many staff members working in the kitchen, no one comes out to clean the tables or maintain the hygiene of the dining area. This lack of attention to cleanliness and customer service is very concerning.

Let’s start off with the fact the they always serve cold old fries, we took the fries back and ask for fresh ones and they gave us a few fresh fries on top of the same cold old fries. We went back again and they gave us fresh this time but they salted our fries to the point that we couldn’t eat them. We end returned them for a refund and went somewhere else. They staff here operate as if the food they are making for customers is coming out of their pockets or as if they will be in trouble if they feed the customers with fresh food. The way this McDonalds is operating must be coming down from is management. Continue to serve cold old food will not bring profits for very long. You guys need to fix these issue because this is a very nice location.
