Amazing service. The place may be small, but the quality is outstanding. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

On my visit, I accidentally left my wallet on the table. The Assistant Manager, Kumad Raman, went out of his way to run after me and return it. My wallet had many important cards, licenses, and even cash since I had just been paid that day.

Thanks to his honesty and quick action, I was saved from a lot of stress and the hassle of replacing everything. Truly appreciate the excellent service

I visited the McDonald’s at Lakeshore & Bronte in Oakville on March 21st at around 8:49 AM—hardly a time anyone would be drinking or acting unsafely. I raised a simple concern that the manager, Raman K, was spending more time chatting than getting orders out, which was causing delays. Instead of addressing it professionally, he dismissed me and later lied by reporting that I was under the influence, completely false and retaliatory. I’ve also seen other reviews about poor service and cleanliness at this location, and it’s clear this isn’t an isolated issue. Corporate needs to get involved because this location isn’t operating under the standards McDonald’s is supposed to stand for. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed by the appropriate higher levels.

Being told to hurry up with my order because others are waiting was not the customer service I was hoping for! I was at the drive thru and asked if I could add points afterwards or not. A simple yes or no would suffice!

Lady at the drive thru, KIM, was incredibly rude and would not use her ears one tiny bit. Never coming back, terrible. Awful, should be working there.

Paid for spicy Mcveggie, medium fries and a McFlurry.
What I got was regular Mcveggie and no fries.
They did not gave the fries.
Should be double checking the order before giving!

I ordered a mc chicken and as I was leaving to go back to school, a worker in the back came up to me and said he came in my mc chicken, His nametag said esmail, 1 star service atmosphere was creepy, and the food was good before I found out about what he did.😡😡

I’ve had the same uncomfortable experience at this drive-thru more than 10 times now. There is a woman who appears to be the manager who becomes visibly annoyed every time we pay with cash. She repeatedly insists on card only, even though cash is accepted and there is no sign posted stating otherwise.

Paying with cash should not result in attitude or frustration toward customers. The interaction feels unwelcoming and unnecessary, especially since this happens every single visit.

Customer service should be respectful regardless of payment method. I hope management addresses this, because it takes away from what should be a quick and pleasant experience. SHES ALWAYS ON DRIVE THRU also forgot to say its like she got mad made us wait in the front over 17 mins for 2 mc double combo and no one was at drive thru
