McDonald's

This is a very bad store, with no service or hygiene. The reception attitude at the Indian front desk is very poor, and I made a mistake with all the food I ordered. I will not visit again!

We have been frequent customers of this store, but recently we are very disappointed with the decline in its environment and service. The receptionist at the front desk has been consistently cold and unwelcoming. In addition, although there are many staff members working in the kitchen, no one comes out to clean the tables or maintain the hygiene of the dining area. This lack of attention to cleanliness and customer service is very concerning.

Let’s start off with the fact the they always serve cold old fries, we took the fries back and ask for fresh ones and they gave us a few fresh fries on top of the same cold old fries. We went back again and they gave us fresh this time but they salted our fries to the point that we couldn’t eat them. We end returned them for a refund and went somewhere else. They staff here operate as if the food they are making for customers is coming out of their pockets or as if they will be in trouble if they feed the customers with fresh food. The way this McDonalds is operating must be coming down from is management. Continue to serve cold old food will not bring profits for very long. You guys need to fix these issue because this is a very nice location.

Food was soggy and bad service

We went to have burgers and ice creams and we were sitting and eating in the seating area and this girl who worked their came and rudely told us to leave the eating area saying that this area is closed waving her hand very rudely. Though no sign was posted that this area is closed. Proper training should be provided to interact with customers. Highly surprised as McDonald is a big chain and focuses on customers ; such workers should not be in their payroll as it will give a bad name to the place

Starting off with washrom was in bad condition , someone peed on floor and left moreover hand dryer was not working and not paper towel was there.

Food was bland fries had no salt at all and mostly they were soggy. Junior chicken patty was okay but bun lettuce and mayonnaise overall taste was bland not properly cooked.

Positive is when i was at counter lady gave me food right away. For that reason have 4 star for service. Overall 1 star.

Drive thru very slow, waiting for 15 minutes in line, and the costumer service horrorific they didn't understand anything I had to repeat coffee frapp ten times and still they didn't get it, and they didn't have it anyways. I just waste time and gasoline there.

I've never had a bad experience at a McDonald's before 😂 Ordered a medium Diet Coke and an ice water. Waited nearly 10 minutes while about 7 people got their food, including someone who also ordered a medium drink and an ice water. Someone who I assume was the manager working the finished order area (after ignoring me when I was trying to make eye contact with her) whispered to another employee asking what I ordered before the employee herself asked me what I was waiting for. Employee was super apologetic though. Finally got my drinks — Diet Coke cup basically self-destructed, and some of the drink poured out as another employee watched me. Lid popped off every time I touched it while driving. Also didn't yaste like coke. Poured the ice water into my bottle… it was Sprite. I really wanted water 😭 Maybe go somewhere else.
