The older lady at the drive through on most mornings is HORRIBLE and after several visits to this location, I’m starting to believe she is also RACIST. My husband who frequents the same location interestingly gets much better service from the same person compared to me who is a person of colour.I get that the mornings are crazy and I’m always patient but my order is constantly rushed and then often delayed or incorrect.Ohhh and if you ask for straws, trays or anything extra, the answer is always something like “of course you would want that too!”. Well yes - straws would be nice with the apple juice!Again, everyone has bad days so I’ve given her the benefit of the doubt but this is more than that - it’s a bad attitude and she either clearly hates serving customers of colour or her job as a whole.

Not trying to sound cheap here or anything,but I think everyone deserves better customer service. Tried to come in today to redeem a free coffee with purchase which I just on the app. But, I think it was the manager who was insisting that I already used it when I literally just scanned it right in front of her. I don’t mind paying for it coz i’m really going to pick-up something for breakfast anyway. But I just hope she could have done better, and not just try to get rid me like nothing is needed to be sorted out. Were just mere customers at the end of the day I guess..
Worst mcdonald I have ever been to…went to drive thru last sunday and the lady taking orders and on window was terrible….she was an old lady with worst customer service …..you guys should know how to treat customers …atleast let them complete their order for the next time …never going

Unpleasant drive thru attendant Tuesday morning Feb 20. Nasty actually. I had almost correct change ($8.80, I gave $9) and felt scolded when I said I was paying cash: “of course you are”. Was weird. Are we not allowed to pay cash here?
