Had an amazing meal at this location. Filip was attentive and gracious. The meals were delicious and done perfectly. Mushroom Soup was very tasty and not salty. They were generous with adding extra seafood to the chowder. Steaks were done to order - medium rare- the Pistachio Crusted salmon was very tasty and not fishy. We will eat there again.

The waitress brought bill with the tip included we were only two people so I’m not sure why she didn’t let me include my own tip and felt the need to put it her self ? I’d understand if we were a large party and a certain percentage was mandatory but that wasn’t the case and it was very disrespectful for the waitress to add it for me
The blackened Alfredo pasta was not that good either

Went here for a team lunch on my birthday and the food/service was great! Loved the sweet potato fries and would definitely come back again!

Absolutely horrible experience today ruining New Year’s Day. Called ahead TWICE to confirm they are serving brunch. Hostess confirmed with “manager” that they were. Arrived at restaurant - no brunch. Shocking. Manager said she was never asked by hostess but they had asked another worker. Manager was very nice and patient and did her best to accommodate. No discount on food after receiving a horrible experience leaving us beyond frustrated as we had driven out of our way to this restaurant after confirming on the phone they were serving brunch. Also - no dairy free options for your tea. It’s 2026…..maybe offer options for all people. Will not be back ever.

We went for an after-movie bevy and a snack. The menu was varied, and the food was delicious. The atmosphere was warm and festive, and our server was attentive.

Jonathan was a wonderful waiter, attentive and professional. The hostess was lovely and friendly. Food was great,as always! It was a little noisy as there was a holiday party happening, but they left before we had our dinner. It's the most wonderful time of the year.
I had the Blacked Chicken Alfredo - was a smaller portion than I expected- from picture on menu insert. A lot of garlic - usually Alfredo isn't garlicky. The service was excellent and the manager stopped by -to check on our group. The meal was hot and fresh and everyone seemed to enjoy their meals in our group.
We ordered the seafood chowder soup, it arrived luke warm. We did not complain and ate the soup. The Mushroom Chicken had too much sauce which overpowered the dish. The Steak Sandwich was good.
Good food and excellent service!! The menu offers a variety for all ages. Would definitely recommend this location.

They ran out of the tomahawk pork chop, risottos was drop g in butter and no dressing on my mom's salad. Our server was friendly
We visited this location for my son’s birthday dinner with a reservation made days in advance. Despite that, our family was taken “downstairs” and we were THE ONLY guests placed downstairs. The area was extremely dim and depressing. I regret taking my son there for his birthday; we should have gone to Keg instead. We did not take any birthday photos because the setting felt so unwelcoming.
Before leaving, I went upstairs and saw that the main dining area was bright, and busy. Being placed in the only empty section without any explanation was upsetting and felt isolating, especially on a birthday. My in laws were also offended. We also could not ignore that we seemed to be the only people of colour in the restaurant.
We are regulars at the Richmond Hill location and have always received warm service and proper seating there. The contrast was disappointing.
As an establishment, seating a family celebrating a birthday in the one dark and unused area while the main floor is active creates the impression that we were unwanted. Management should review its seating practices to ensure all guests are treated with fairness and respect.

Everything was great, minus there being no scallops in the two orders of seafood risotto we ordered.
While the food was fine, the lighting was very poor. We sat in the section that was lower than the front desk. It was very dark, and it was hard to read the menu. We asked our server for a candle, to which she told us that the management knew about the poor lighting but did not offer candles, or alternative light, etc. Other than this inconvenience, it was a nice evening.
Excellent dining experience a usual. Food is always excellent and the service was exceptional. Very nice atmosphere for a casual night out. One of our favourite restaurants.
