I've been here only twice with two completely different experiences. I was referred by a friend because this was his favourite place in the area and after the first visit, I would agree that it was very good. I came back yesterday with the hopes of spreading the news to a friend and this time was not the same at all.We ordered take out in both instances and ordered roughly the same arrangement of sushi, sashimi and rolls (a mix platter) but the price was almost double and the food was not close to the same level as the first time.I never want to knock a family business so I'm keeping this at 4 stars. The owners are nice and the food, when I went the first time about 2-3 months ago, was very good. I hope for the best for them.

Wonderful service. Everyone we crossed was super friendly and kind even though it was pretty busy on a Saturday. No one was annoyed qhen we asked questions. The food was delicious! Would definitely recommend

We unexpectedly dined here for dinner and had a very good experience. The staff was attentive and responsive. The sushi was very tasty and delicious. We normally go to Downtown Toronto for sushi but will come here now. We also ordered the beef and salmon teriyaki and it they were both excellent. Hot green tea made the dinner extra special.

Absolute worst experience. Server deliberately ignored us while we waited to ORDER a drink. They sat a couple right by us and served them right away, but straight up ignored us. Would not go back to this place. They’re very judgmental based on appearance. If you’re not wearing your finest clothing be prepared to not be served.
