Booked a reservation with my wife to watch the jays game, and when i got there the waitress said she didn't save a table since they have tvs everywhere but the tables available had to either look high up or all the way to the side my neck started hurting so we left and went home. Secondly we ordered the kapow shrimp and usually its really good but yesterday it was horrible the breading on the shrimp was all gone the presentation of it was horrible too! I ordered the chicken fajitas and it was ok but my wife ordered tge chicken burrito bowl snd her food was cold so she asked if they coukd warm it up, but the waiter did say they would make a new one for her which they did but stil wasnt a good experience and didn't live up to our expectations as weve been coming to Montanas for a long time and also the prices went up and as you can see we paid more for less! Do better staff

We were celebrating my son's birthday and I mentioned it when making the online reservation. Unfortunately, nothing was acknowledged during our visit. When we ordered dessert, I asked the waiter if he could bring a candle, but he said they didn't have any. I was at least expecting a small gesture, such as “Happy Birthday” written on the dessert, but there was nothing. It was very sad that such a special occasion went unnoticed.

The prices are very reasonable, the food has always been a good flavour and great quality, they smoke their own meat in-house. We as a family enjoy coming here. The staff are very personable and seem to enjoy their job

I had an amazing experience at Montana at Oakville location ! The steak was cooked to perfection – juicy, flavorful, and exactly how I ordered it. The sides were fresh and delicious as well. A big shout-out to Brittany, our server, who made the evening even better with her warm smile, professionalism, and attention to detail. She was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place if you’re craving a great steak dinner.

It was a birthday party for an eighth year old, the food was great, the service was very good. The kids were a little bit all over the place but the staff handled it well.

I used to love visiting Montana’s for their ribs, but my experience last night was very disappointing. The pork ribs were overcooked and dry, almost like jerky. When I mentioned this to the server, the only solution offered was adding sauce to make them easier to eat.
The beef, which I asked for medium, came out closer to well-done. The side dishes weren’t much better — the potatoes were cold and was hard, baked beans were burnt and overcooked.
I’m leaving this review in the hope that Montana’s can improve both their food quality and customer service. I also want to give other diners a fair heads-up before visiting. I hope management takes this feedback to improve food quality and service, because I know Montana’s can do better.

The atmosphere is really great in this place and the food is great too! The staff are nice and it doesn't take too long to get your food. I ordered the Chipotle Firecracker Burger and although delicious, you might want to add some ketchup on to it. Other than that, I really recommend this place to anyone who's looking to go here!
