We went on family day for dinner around 5pm, the place was dead so we were expecting better service. Our waiter was great but the food was bad, we had cold and barely warm food come out. I ordered the “fall of the bone” ribs and I was fighting for my life biting my food. The chicken wings was mediocre and only the sauce has a taste. The baked potato was cold and the cheese was not melted at all and had to send back to the kitchen. The steak we ordered was also the wrong temperature and was very bloody the first time it came out before sending it back to the kitchen.

The ONLY reason I didn't rate the food OUTSTANDING is that our lobster tail with our surf n turf was dry. Neither my husband nor I were impressed with it. HOWEVER, WE LOVED THE DESSERTS WE GOT! I had the skillet cookie and my husband had the chocolate chip cheesecake. We took home an extra cheesecake! Matt, our server, gave great service for this our 45th wedding anniversary celebration. I was very happy with the noise level. We were able to have a conversation during our meal which is one of the main reasons people eat together. :) thanks for a lovely anniversary meal, Montana's!

Pretty much Gluten Not Friendly despite previous assurances they would be. Server while pleasant was of little help.

Disappointed. I ordered takeout and when I got home and opened up the meal it was burnt. The fish taste burnt and the french fries were overcooked where there was no potato in the middle.

We went to Montanas for a date night out on CAA. They had a special on slow cooked ribs. We waited over 1.5 hrs for a table. Our dinner night out at Montana's was over 3hrs. There was a lot of frustration throughout the restaurant but the customers were understanding. Due to the special CAA offered through Montana's they were not able to serve the growing number of people coming in.The food was cold the ribs were tougher than nails , probably due to the amount of customers coming in. They were definitely not ready for this many pepole. The staff claimed it was not their fault as they just found out about this deal on Tuesday for the Thursday offer and had no idea this was coming.a lot of people were turned away in frustration. I think.its time for a restaurant overhaul. Now let's be clear. I don't know how many chef's were cooking but I can never blame them as they would not have any idea what's going on out front. I think they did their best under the circumstances. Montanas offered reservations on line and walkins. Many walkin customers started a reservation on line while waiting as a walkin as Montanas couldn't keep up with the reservations. Really sad this happened for everyone. Montanas needs to have a look at this location and see what's working vs what's not and make some changes very soon.

The restaurant was extremely busy because of the CAA promotion. The servers seemed to be run off their feet but were still very pleasant. More staff could have been on duty. It also seemed to take a long time to get empty tables cleared (due to shortage of staff). People were lined up a long time to get those tables.

Great place for quality comfort food at a reasonable price. Don't know if it was very busy due to a promotion, but having made a reservation was definitely the right choice to quickly get us seated at a table.
