Friendly server, but the first half of our visit involved a longer than normal wait for some drinks and food. I'm not sure if it was due to the bar and kitchen, as our server seemed attentive. Half of our group enjoyed the food, while the other half was so so with the food and felt that it was overcooked and nothing “wow”. Thankfully the speed of getting our food improved halfway through dinner and for dessert. Not sure if we'd return, with the exception of our Montana's...
Meal and service were excellent. However it's on the website that restaurant is open at 11. Doors locked when we arrived at 1150. We had a 100 year old with us, so standing outside to wait was not an option.
I was there with a friend to celebrate a birthday. The fish and chips were delicious, and the portions were great. The fish wasn't too thick with batter. It was the best fish and chips I ever had. The coleslaw was good too. I loved the Arnold Palmer liquor drink...delicious!! The complimentary birthday dessert was good and bad. The banana ice cream was very tasty, but the cookies were quite hard. The cookies were very difficult to break apart. That's my only complaint.
