We went on family day for dinner around 5pm, the place was dead so we were expecting better service. Our waiter was great but the food was bad, we had cold and barely warm food come out. I ordered the “fall of the bone” ribs and I was fighting for my life biting my food. The chicken wings was mediocre and only the sauce has a taste. The baked potato was cold and the cheese was not melted at all and had to send back to the kitchen. The steak we ordered was also the wrong temperature...
The ONLY reason I didn't rate the food OUTSTANDING is that our lobster tail with our surf n turf was dry. Neither my husband nor I were impressed with it. HOWEVER, WE LOVED THE DESSERTS WE GOT! The restaurant was extremely busy because of the CAA promotion. The servers seemed to be run off their feet but were still very pleasant. More staff could have been on duty. It also seemed to take a long time to get empty tables cleared (due to shortage of staff). People were lined up a long time to get those tables.
