Ive gone to this Mr Sub 3 times. Here are reasons why i am not returning to this store. Sandwiches are always cut unevenly and bread is often broken. They will always overcharge you full price for the daily specials unless you tell them and they act like they forgot. Like cmon... you've been overcharging everyone unless they notice and mention you charged them full price. The tuna I ordered was spread so thin it didn't even cover the whole bread. I do not recommended this location. Other locations have been much better.

I ordered a large sub of the day and was charged $12.31 at the register. I said is this the sub of the day price? He said yes, if you buy it regular, it costs like $16...I ordered nothing extra, no combo, drink, etc. The Louisiana chicken costs $12.59 regular price, with tax that is $14.23, not $16. And a large sub of the day is $9.59+tax = $10.84... So, either the sub of the day cost has increased to $10.89+tax at this location or I was charged more money than I should have been. I have been to this location twice. The first time I also got a sub of the day, about two months ago, and I was charged full price. I then mentioned that this is the sub of the day and the guy apologized and changed the charge to $10.84.....not $12.31....I thought that this could have been an honest mistake to have been charged regular price, but I believe that might be less likely now. If sub of the day price has not changed, this is very unethical. I will be visiting another location in the near future to check on this. I will not return to this location if the sub of the day price is still $9.59+tax
Edit: the sub of the day price according to the app at this location is $9.99+tax Check your receipts, and scrutinize what you are charged at this location. So shiesty.

Ordered online because I was pressed for time. I arrived a few minutes later than the time I was told it would be ready. They had not even started making it. Staff was polite but very frustrated by the lack of timely service.

Ordered dinner for my family from this location through their website. My sub came with frozen chicken, wasn’t spicy as described, and when I called for help, they told me to contact DoorDash—even though I ordered directly from them. The manager said he made the sub and insisted it was correct. On a second call, he made it clear he couldn't do anything to help. We were left frustrated with no support. I wouldn’t recommend this place and won’t be ordering from here again.
Should call it Mr. Bread. So stingy. What a shame. A bad example of a.Canadian classic.

The quality of ingredients was top-notch, and even the little details like the cut lettuce made a huge difference. Beyond the incredible food, Johnny's fantastic attitude and passionate personality truly made it an experience and also made the sub taste out of this world…I'll definitely be making a point to stop here whenever I'm in Oakville. Forget your average Mr. Sub – this is a must-try! Highly recommend!
